The BEST TIME to see this places at night time. and all the people come out at night until 2 am. and all the lights all over the buildings light up and shine the buildings.
YES in manila especially modern places like this it's happening at 8pm all the people come out and less humid. modern city is so much fun in the evening. to rent a place there in BGC air BNB some places are 40 dollars a night.

There is a direct entry to Shangrila Mall by taking the escalator (up). From Shangri la Mall, it’s walking distance to huge SM Megamall and a short walk to the modern PODIUM mall… There are 7 big malls in ORTIGAS district.
I am from Toronto Canada, if I remember right, that place used to be "IN PLACE" before BGC came into existance. I love that place! Oh wow you having POPEYE, its so cheap when converted its only like $6, here in Toronto that combo would cost $13. I love the outdoor resto, walkways and beautiful malls there.

Makati is like San Francisco that's the feeling of many foreigners once they step in that business district.
San Francisco is well planned than Makati. Makati has dirty esteros. I've seen one when i was walking in the central business district
