New subscriber here! I've only played guitar 1.5 years at all and I've been putting my covers on my channel. But I keep working and getting better... you can teach an old dog new tricks. I wish I had started in my 20s but alas... pushing 50 and getting started. I'm told I've progressed very quickly for just over 1 year and look forward to using your channel to help me learn stuff! Giving this one a go and going to tackle that solo!
Hey Jon, I have purchased a few of your courses and I have access to your tabs for all your songs on your website. Will new tutorial tabs be added as you post new videos? Also, can you do a lesson on the solo for Living on a Prayer? As for future videos I like to see would be, of course Blues, but also songs like Green Day or AC/DC, etc. that are mainly power chord based, with a second guitar lesson for the solo. I know most songs that are produced have layered guitar parts but tutorials like yours are great for a single guitar. I am an older (67 years young) sort of immediate player. Within the last three years I finally have had the time available to do what I always wanted and learn how to play guitar, but I am still slow on bar chords. Sorry for the long comment. Thanks for your great content. Thanks Bryan
Thank you, Jon. This is one of my favourite songs ever , awesome teaching, had a lot of fun ❤🙏❤ Number one song for you to teach - Baby, I love your way - Peter Frampton/Big Mountain ⛰
Jon, how about doing Spanish Blood, Jimmy Page acoustic pre Zeppelin. You could do it in 2 or 3 parts, rhythm first, then the soloing over your rhythm track. This is the one Page acoustic track not posted on CZcams ever. Give it some consideration. Spanish Blood - czcams.com/video/QK1ia1HdVD4/video.html Thanks
