OnlyOneOf is under the direction of Loona's creator. THAT guy. So Loona's initial "unknown, indie feel" kinda translated into this group. This is evident in the blocks after blocks of essay-like description in each and every one of OnlyOneOf's music videos, and the heavily experimental sound of their songs. Literally, their songs are masterpiece.
React to their "savanna" MV. It's their debut song, but it's unlike any other debut in k-pop.
Also, their concept incorporates religion, sinfulness, forgiveness, and redemption.
yeah a lot of people criticize ooo for having similar themes as loona but what they don't get is that ooo was initially supposed to be loona's brother group and they were in the same company basically.
@@FairyAl i don't get why people criticize OOO for being similar to lOOna. Loona has a kinda sci-fi/magical concept with the loonaverse and everything, while OnlyOneOf has adult-oriented themes. THey're different.
@@triadriangle It's mainly the way they approach the themes that is similar. But the overall vibes are different, so people who don't pick up on those simply don't know how to listen to music in a critical way.
Saying OnlyOneOf is too similar to LOONA is not an actual opinion. If one wanted to say such things, please elaborate afterwards. What makes them similar exactly? Because I personally don't see it.

I know girll they are so underrated. All of their sidextracks deserve to be title tracks. Period
As some of the comments mentioned OnlyOneOf was supposed to be Loona's brother group but BBC decided to focus on Loona and move OOO to 8D Creative instead. One of the members, Love aka "who is this man?" is the boy in Vivi's Everyday I Love You. And just like Loona they have that ambient synthy sound to their songs.
I'd recommend Savanna and Time Leap for sure! Never been a big bg stan but OOO are definitely changing that perspective for me!
They are literally so unique. They literally had a $100,000 giveaway during dOra maar promotions (just a reminder they had no music video for dOra maar to keep up with the artist theme) to anyone who could cover their song the best. Their music is very sensual and mature and they’re literally so beautiful inside and out.

OnlyOneOf are my ultimate group (as you can see by my pic).
I can give you some information:
OnlyOneOf is a group under RSVP and 8D Creative. They debuted in 2019 in May with two songs. The first one "savanna" being a lead title track and the second one "time leap" being a secondary title track. Both of them were performed on music shows. Along with those two songs, they released a mini album called "dot point jump" with the songs OnlyOneOf yOu, time leap, savanna, blOssOm, picassO and fragile. They have a dance practice video for blOssOm and the title tracks. picassO and fragile are really good bsides as well.

On November 1st the same year they had their first comeback with "sage" the song you just reacted to. It was released with a mini album "line sun goodness" including the tracks time machine, bOss, desert, heartbreak terminal and OnlyOneOf me. They performed sage together with bOss on music shows.
In January 2020 they had a comeback with a single called "dOra maar". It is a fan favorite and was also performed on music shows. The single consists of dOra maar and picassO which was one of their previous songs and an instrumental version of dOra maar. The single is called unknown art pop 1.0.
In May 2020 OnlyOneOf announced comebacks which would be different. They announced a schedule which shows the release of two single albums in 2020. Produced by Part.1 and Produced by Part.2. Both single albums includes songs produced by famous korean producers who worked together with OnlyOneOf to produce these songs. The first single album was released in May with "angel (Prod. GRAY)" being the title track along with "designer (Prod. BOYCOLD)" and "heartbreak theatre (Prod. Cha Cha Malone). The second single album was released in August with "a sOng Of ice & fire (Prod. GroovyRoom)" as the title track along with "blOOm (Prod. Seo Samuel) and "Off angel (Prod. JR Groove)
In October 2020 Nine (Jung Wookjin) the maknae had his solo debut with the digital single "daisy".
And today they had their first comeback of a two parts series called instinct with "libidO"

However that's not all. OnlyOneOf are a really active and communicative KPop-group they started last year doing multiple series showing their daily lives and they even started doing daily livestreams on YT. They are really famous for their TikTok activities as well but i can't tell exactly because I don't use TikTok. What I need to point out are OnlyOneOfs Dance Cover activities. They had several Dance Covers, some of them being "Dolphin (Oh My Girl)", "Spring Day (BTS)", MONEY (DAWN) and "The 7th sense (NCT U)". All those covers I just mentioned were rearranged to suit OnlyOneOfs sound which is a thing I personally really appreciate. Next to that they also covered Malamente, i think its a spanish song (not sure) which actually is their most viewed video until now with around 13 million views. They didn't vocal coverd it obvously, but they did lipsync it which was quite shocking for me.
Again I'm talking way to long. I'm sure you'll like them because after your reaction I saw that this kind of music is totally your type of music. There are some people who might not like every song but with such a genuine and exciting reaction much more bangers for you are willing to be discovered. I also recently found out about Junji's short vlogs about his eye-covering hair, and his combs. I don't know how to explain it but those videos are so weird and funny at the same time. It gave me Adult Swim show vibes aired at 3am. XD
i got into them because of libidO but i knew savanna from before, and now i started to stan and I'm trying to learn the members. i know their names but i only know Love, Junji, Nine and KB after their faces. Yessssss!!!! I listened to them for the first time a week or so ago and proceeded to mainline everything they've ever done!!! They're impeccable. Along with all their MVs, I'd *highly* recommend watching their dance practices. Their choreo is some of my favorite of any group. The mvs don't do it any justice, honestly. And you MUST check out some of their covers. They do two types: 1) choreograph a routine to a song ("Malamente" and "Don't Start Now"), and 2) they fully rearrange and record a cover AND do choreo ("Dolphin," "Money," "The 7th Sense"). You will DIE.

One of my favorite LOONA reactors loving OnlyOneof...!? I legit teared up! Thank you Fifi! I've been trying to introduce this amazing, talented and unique group to others for so long but no one would... I wish more reactors would give them a chance. They are TRULY underrated and deserve all the love. Please do react to the rest of their MVs and also their bsides because every single one is a bop. By the way I hope this is okay to mention, but if you want a truly unique music experience I recommend a Korean solo artist called Cacophony.
She's so talented and severely underrated as well. Her music can be a little unsettling sometimes, but I think that's what makes it interesting.

We say “lib-ee-do” like you do. Their dance covers are fantastic. I’ve enjoyed their music, but Libido was a shock. A good one, though. The rest of the mini LP sounds good too.

you def have to hear "Savanna" by them it's so good, also fun fact loona's past creative director is now OnlyOneOf's creative director now. Chaotic by Odd Eye Circle was originally going to be their debut song (i think), this group was also going to be loona's brother group too with the name 8x8x8.

Papa Jaden always producing great albums, I miss his style in Loona's discography, anyways we will always have Loona's golden era from HeeJin's Solo album until XX album.
He is also great at choosing track names such as byredO, dOra maar, heartbreak terminal, heartbreak theatre, tear of gOd. Rendezvous 18.9Y (Loona), Dal Segno (Loona), ODD front(Loona), love4eva (Loona),etc. No way in hell he would name any Loona song "why not?"," So what", "ding ding dong", "Oops!" like WTF, this is like going from Zack Snyder to Joss Whedon.

Alright, I'm back! Almost a full 24 hours later, but still! Oooof. I love them! I already said that but instantly with their debut I was like, _they are it!_ savanna is probably my favorite debut song, tbh, and sage was such a great first comeback!! [hahaha, I can't even with myself, I was talking back to you when you started the sage MV and you said you weren't even ready for it. I was like, "nope you're not," out loud to no one!] Oh, also I noticed I did put bOss on that playlist I made you a long while back, but there's so much on there you could react to or get into slowly so I totally get if you haven't even listened. Anyway, I really like that they all kind of have a similar tone or timbre. I don't know exactly but their voices work really well together and I don't find one voice to stand out, which is appealing to me. I mean, I like a mixture of voices, too, but ... it just works for their sound so much, in my opinion! I bought a couple of signed CDs from them and I'm going to cherish them for the rest of my life! I'll mention that fragile, OnlyOneOf me, dOra maar, picassO, and designer are some of my favorite b-sides by them. They usually release super short albums so honestly that's like a fifth of their songs.

The choreography is very sexy but it was done in a tasteful and classy way.
The MV was very sexual and sensual, as well, but classy and elegant too. There was nothing raunchy or your face about it.
The MV told 3 love stories: Junji & Ríe; KB & Yoojung; and Love with Nine and Mill. I know that there is a big up roar because this MV having couples that are all boys but you can replace them with straight or lesbian couples and this MV would still work, love is love ❤️

Whenever I hear libidO (and see the MV), I can't help but lament about Loona. Everyone knows the artistic vision behind Loona took a drastic downturn ever since Jaden Jeong left (even all the LGBT+ elements disappeared), and this song/MV is a perfect example of what Loona could be now if Jaden was still their creative director. What's ironic is that BBC wanted to downplay all the lore stuff and Jaden disagreed, but later, when BBC realized how the fans were unwilling to let go of the lore and it's one of the most talked about aspects of Loona, they totally backpedaled and started cramming in more lore elements, except their approach feels tacked on and clunky compared to Jaden's creative vision.

Sage is supposed to be LOONA's 'B#RN", but yeah BBC cancelled OOO debut so their song went to OEC
