I have (and still have) this laptop with the 4k display. What an amazing laptop for its time. The 4k display had exceptional color accuracy when calibrated (mine had a delta E of 0.15). The display also offered the coveted 100% adobe RGB wide color gamut coverage which is the preferred color space for photo editing and actually rare to see in a wide color gamut laptop display as most are DCI-P3 which is initially developed for film/video work. And it was the last laptop to have that nice 1.8mm key travel with thick beveled keycaps and smooth actuation/soft bottoming out offering that famous trademark Thinkpad typing experience that is severly lacking in the more modern Thinkpads. Combine all that with upgradeable ram and 2 ssd slots and this is an amazing laptop. Light and thin. Great build quality. Great performance. Great thermals with repaste. If it had a 16:10 display, I would probably still be using it. That was only thing I found lacking. Nice review! Keep up the good work!
