Can a 65-watt USB-C charger be used to charge the laptop?

Thanks for the review. I am looking at buying one of these and this was helpful. However could you comment further please on the actual quality of the screen image. I am not wanting this for gaming but rather work related use. Development, graphics, rendering, etc. a) The "nits" and the brightness and crispness of the images and colours. b) shartness of lettering when using development apps like Android Studio etc. Thanks

hey, do you recommend the p16 over the p1 a lot regarding fan noise? I just got my p1 and found the fans horrible & ~3-5x louder than the old X1E gen 2. I am thinking about buying the P16 instead, would you recommend it regarding fans? (I know you said so re the P1 gen 6 in another model).

I spent $3000 on the X1 g12 just to realise that the fan noise is HUGE NOISY and AWFUL! How come not mentioned in the review??

What is battery life like?

You would prefer the horrendous touchpad that moves making finger movements inaccurate? Why?! Haptic touchpads are superior in every respect and don't fail anywhere near as often as a moving touchpad does.

This model is for business, so stability is much more important than cutting edge functions. I hope lenovo stop chinamizing P1 series. They can play with consumer models instead.

Just curious, for gaming purposes, have you run any comparisons with the P1 G7 against the Legion product line? I wonder how this workstation would hold up. I'm assuming with the RTX 4060 or even 4070 (which mine will have) it should perform VERY well. Thanks again! Andy

I think you are not getting full wifi performance because the router also has to be wifi 7.

Nice video and congrats for being the first to upload a review of the new P1 G7. Btw, the RAM looks smaller because its a new type of RAM called "LPCAMM2", its like 50% smaller than DDR5 SODIMM. Sadly that its soldered.
