Excellent video. Visually very practical to get an idea of homes in Phnom Penh. It looks like a beautiful city. No smog. Not a megapolis probably like Saigon or Bangkok. The only reservation is the climate that is very hot and humid that many of us in northern climates aren't used to. But obviously people are doing well in Phnom Penh. Beautiful views. Do buildings have backup generators for the electricity and elevators??
We don't get power outages often in the capital. A few times a year. Air quality isn't goof during dry season, but the rest of the year it's better then near by capital cities.
@@rebornabroad The scenery in the video showed very clear skies. But the emojis there rhgm there's no rain? Same in Siem Reap? Of course nowadays there is smoke in the Canadian and American West from forest fires which is very annoying. So I guess it's everywhere.

It's a real thing, for sure. I lived on the river before, and you can't even keep your current open on a high floor.

Far better in Phnom Penh, but it still has some bad days.

Thats rediculous expensive and a pure rip off knowing that the average salery there is between 200 and 300 dollars.
Expats don't make $300 a month ding dong, and I know this might shock.uou But there are also very rich local people in Phnom Penh.

You spend more and get more. We are showing one budget. We also have a lot of budget videos for like under $300. We have a video in Saigon renting luxury apartments for over $3500usd a month but again. It's not the point of this video. You look at about $600 and up, and you can get something much nicer. TTP, BKK2, and BKK1 are getting more expensive. Not every building is a good building. Things you wouldn't think of like internet quality and customer service can vary insanely. Finding nice quality units with views and balconies. In projects with good internet and services like rooftop pool and Sauna isn't that easy right find. We ended up in a nice unit view, steam sauna rooftop pool, and fast internet good location for $480 a month. I am very satisfied. Brush yo teef
