But despite this his genius allowed him to master casting these jutsu with unequaled level of efficiency and control allowing him to need only a tiny amount of Chakra for any jutsu he mastered making it seem like he actually had TONS of Chakra.
Minato as a civilian got more chakra coz he hit the jackpot being Naruto’s father. And majority of the civilians has F or E level physiques and a few with better physiques which may be compatible with basic chakra extraction techniques. (This is me trying to understand by dividing talents with Grades) Minato must have a physique compatible with chakra extraction technique then later when hiruzen and others found out they may have given him a better extraction technique which is why he has a large amount of chakra ( I have taken cultivation novels as reference here) And for FTG it should depends on the understanding of sealing jutsu + compatibility with space time chakra nature. Minato has this very rare chakra nature so he can easily spam FTG ( ofc, I don’t remember anyone mentioning it in the series but we can guess it roughly if we consider other chakra natures, ppl with fire nature using fire jutsu better than others and wind nature using wind jutsu …) Also why the other 3 guys need to combine to use FTG is they may not necessarily have a better understanding about sealing jutsu + naturally they don’t have space time nature This should be the reason they need huge amount of chakra to use the jutsu by combining. Finally Minato need to spend huge amounts of chakra to tp kurama/objects coz it’s a life/object outside of him. Kurama may resist and heavy objects have no life, compatibility and understanding so he need to use large amount of chakra to forcefully teleport.
