Interesting that you're not happy with the Cub Cadet. I just got it yesterday to clear an overgrown 2+ acres that we just purchased. I used it for about 4 hours yesterday and another 3 hours today and I've cleared almost the entire property except for the heaviest brush toward the back of the property. It did pretty good for me. Hard work.. but it had no issues taking down 4' grass and weeds.. and some minor brush with vines. I did upgrade to better quality string.. and that helped for sure.
your's the only review, or not review,,,,, ?? not blown up ? why ? started with original DR trimmer, 2 stroke !! lasted 80's till 4+ yrs ago,,,, got st 100 at Tractor supply $ cheap as shit ??? never used Arnold 10-30 oil, used Mobil 1 from jump street, and blue line from DR trimmer, $17.00 roll strongest, n last's 3 +
yrs !!!!!! this cub cadet beat's the DR, and I did not think possible !! but doe's !!! better than DR and using an E3 plug, DR blue trimmer line, ,, expect 10+ year's !! that GOOD !! START FIRST PULL !! N 4' weedy grass/weed's to mow, a BEAST !!! but as all small engine's, ,, crank n cam shaft meet same place !!! do first oil change 5 hr's run time !! Urgent !! N twice year after, ,, recommend Mobil 1 ,, but your machine.. Mine over 4 yrs, n first pull start !! ANIMAL !!! actually beat's My original DR trimmer, which I thought impossible !!! good luck !!
TheYohan831 thanks man! Just got my cub delivered yesterday.. I thought about dr but this is obviously the machine to get.
