Please you can tell me the electricity part because I install mine but the cable 220 coming diferentes lines one orange I don't know can't figure out I paid the electrician and him told me never saw the cables Chinese like that and the panel just flashing but doesn't work. Let me know or teach me please. Thank you so much
hi call the 1800 number they are very helpful. my son who is an electrician did it easily so I'm not sure what's going on. I'd get a second electrician maybe unless the issue is with your main panel. I would have the electrician call the 1800 number with you there so you understand what is being said. the number is in the instruction manual.

Hi, the steam is immediate it doesn't take too long to warm up.
con: minor con, a couple of the fittings had slow drip. also make sure when plumber/self install that there are shut offs for monthly cleaning.
pro: The manufacturer was very helpful and very responsive to a fitting/washer issue.
On our unit the wall jets just spray and do not massage.
I recommend water testing/treatment system if you are rural, especially if you experience toilet staining. I installed an iron in / out, filter, and softener
