- This method comes very handy later in the game when you earn about 76000 points and struggle hard to get the last 1000 points for the Nitro Xtreme series. Well this trick will save you from repeating same hard races over and over again and will save you from losing a lot of nerves
Dont try this on the PC, it wont work. Playstation 2 version only! - Hry
Never in my life I've seen a breakup scene like that over the years of me playing this game, cuz I always win races, and when I lose one race, I just use Task Manager to force quit the game and restart the series.
Well these races you must Iose in order for your gaI to leave you so that you could get her back and win 500 respect points.
@@SubidubidubiDu1 And I can't even forfeit one race of the series to cheese this cuz when I choose "Quit Race", it would quit the entire series instead of forfeiting one race then move on to the next one.
@@KevinAbillGaming No, you are not supposed to Quit the Race, you must finish them and Iose on purpose so that the gf leaves you, never quit the race

Can u explain more in details ? U lost the girl how ? On a street race or a competion ? Explain all in details
In a competition, do the Team Nemesis series because the tracks are short and Iose on purpose so your gf leaves you, after that choose another (make sure you select another gaI as your gf before the race or it wont work) , then go to Street Challenges and choose Boulevard Sprint and win, you will get your oId gf back and 500 Respect points. Rinse and repeat for another 500 points.
How many losses must I take in order to lose the gf?
Three races in Team Nemesis series, the tracks there are short so it'll be nice and easy.

Ok, girl appears again here when you LOOSE a series (3 races) with her.
Yup, after you lose 3 races in series she leaves you and you are competing for her to get her back, and if you win she will be yours again and you will get 500 respect points.

@@ukaszkniec4217 Then you are either playing a PC version or doing something wrong, You must select another girl as your gf once you lose the series and then try to get your old one back, the trick wont work if you just challenge the guy without girlfriend, if it still doesnt work then you're doing this on PC version.
I lose 500 respect points when I lost a series on purpose
It never happened to me, let me guess, you're playing the PC version? Try the PS2 version, you cant lose the respect points after losing the series, the only time you can lose respect points is when you are challenging another dude to get your gf back and you lose the race or if you lose the challenge given by the girl, but never after losing the series. But ok, perhaps you can enter the Team Nemesis challenges which require zero respect points and money and lose them, maybe they wont take away your respect points.
Doesn't seem to work for the Gamecube version. All well
As I wrote in the video title and the description pal, it works only on the PS2 version.

@@Shorty15c4007 Well I consider everyone my pal, pal, heh. Hmm I think the reason why it works on the PS2 version is because it was released earlier than the Windows version, God knows what they were tampering with in it so I guess they have disabled this little trick on the PC. Gamecube version was released first, and it surprises me how it doesnt work there but well, maybe the PS2 version is the only one where this trick works. So far no one mentioned XBox, I am curious if this works there too or not. XBox and PS2 versions were released on the same day.

It worked for me and I had all the gaIs. I think I know why it didnt work for you. First, you must Iose your gf to another guy. try racing some series and Iose on purpose and your gf will leave you. After that, try the Boulevard Sprint race but before that make sure you choose another gf, if you race that guy without a gf it will be registered as an ordinary race for money. in order to get your gf back you must choose another gf and that's how it functions: you get your old gf back - you get her respect and therefore you fill up the respect counter.

@@orest395 Exactly, you need to lose them/repeat the same thing every time but hey you get about 500 respect points just for one race, it's not a small number and btw dont play Lightspeed series, play some which have short tracks, like Team Nemesis races. Usually, by the end of the game you have about 76000 points and to unlock Nitrous Xtreme series you need 1000, 1500 points, so two or three races like this should do it. I know it's annoying you have to lose the series in order to lose the gf every time but no game is easy heh.

Sorry to hear that, did you do exactly everything as I said in this vid? Well I played this on PS2, maybe this works only on PS2 version although I dont see why it wouldnt work on PC too, but who knows.

Correctamundo, rinse and repeat, lose her, win her back, lose her, win her back and so on. 500 Respect points earned nice and easy every time this trick is done.

It cant be that it works for me and for the others it doesnt. Try the PS2 version, it wont work on the PC.
