World's scariest airport: Toncontin Honduras 😱

Prepare for a bumpy landing! Toncontín International Airport - also known as Teniente Coronel Hernán Acosta Mejía Airport - is located in the middle of the Honduran capital. The airport is little known but regularly lands in the top rankings of 'world's scariest' airports and by some accounts is the most extreme airport to land at in the world.
It's become something of a spectator sport, watching planes come in to make landings at the world's most dangerous airport.

Not the case anymore. That airport is not in use now, and it has been upgraded several times.
