This just what i went through, six years i had a absolutely horrendously disgusting experience from my also kainga ora naybour renting a hiuse from kainga Ora house also, no matter what these naybours behaviors are lkke, they were still allowed to keep living there, the threatening towards myself these people regularly did, was terrible and frightening, i was yelled at from over the fence, called names, they would blast their music and also use a attached mic threw the stereo, to say horrible things to me, Christmas was the biggest ramp up, they would be evan worse, they'd start all this before Christmas towards Christmas and then leading up to new years, do any amount of yelling they wanted, park out on the street and watch me all day, terrifying, and speed past my house and stop on their driveway entrance, staring at my house where my bedroom was, I stoped sleeping in this room, i had police file in this, finally forced our kainga Ora, to move us to a smaller house, and the bad naybour is not kicked out, also my current house, is damp and dratfy, the old aluminum frame windows are needing upgrades, ive had to put clear film on the glass of the windows, and on the aluminum frames of these aluminum frame windows, also the lounge aluminum frame sliding door, is drafty makes the bottom of the curtains damp, and the carpet gets continuously freezing cold on it, so cold in the mornings the lounge is smelly, this is ovouslly warning signs that the carpet will be mouldy soon, ive had to put a heater at this area, to try to have the sliding door, stop causing the cold problem, and the one heater wasn't making me warm enough anyway, ive also cut up strips of box cardboard, to put on top of the mettle frames of the sliding door, to cover up the cold air, coming from the freezing cold draft of this sliding door, and have box tape taped up the entirely of this door, so we can't use this door, since im trying to keep out the coldness, this house was coined to me, as a good warm dry house, it is not, i have two dehumidifiers on continuously, i had to buy better heaters than is in this house, and get carpet for all the lino areas in the lounge and kitchen, to make it warmer, ive spent my own money to improve my living situation here, i wish i hadn't moved in this house, i was stupid and stuck here now, im 52 years old and don't know what to do, to make this house better, unless they spend real money inorder to actually achieve real results in tjus house, i can't see it getting better for me here in this house, and I could have been put in one of these new places they've been building, instead of telling me lies to believe that this was a good thing to move here, so many fixups were done, this house is old and tired and had its best days, aluminum frame windows and sliding doors do were out in time, and this was built in the 90's
