If you're seriously trying to lose belly fat then you already know that diet is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle. With a proper diet plan where you're eating the right foods in the right amounts you'll strip off layer after layer of body fat and say goodbye to that belly forever. However, if you're eating the wrong things you'll only be setting yourself back further and further. With an improper diet plan you'll have to get used to loosening your belt notch after notch because your belly fat will be there to stay. So to ensure that you aren't making any mistakes with the food you're selecting I want to go over the 20 best foods that you should be eating regularly to lose that belly fat for good. The first food I want to start with is the avocado. Unlike other fruits that are loaded with carbs, Avocados are full of healthy monounsaturated fats specifically oleic acid. They are also full of fiber which will help you feel full for longer. Another great thing about avocados that was discovered during a study from The Ohio State University at Columbus is that avocados help you absorb more cartenoids from fruits and vegetables, up to 15x more to be exact. So not only will avocados help you burn fat, but you'll also be strengthening your immune system and absorbing more cancer fighting cartenoids than ever. Next we have eggs. Eggs are great to incorporate into your diet plan because they’re high in protein, high in healthy fats and they can help you feel full for a very low amount of total calories. Eggs are also one of the most bioavailable sources of protein out there. Meaning that your body can very efficiently digest, absorb, and assimilate the protein found in eggs. Having a solid protein source like eggs in your diet will help you prevent muscle loss while you eat less calories to create enough of a deficit to burn fat. Lets move on to one of the best fruits you can eat while trying to lose belly fat...berries. Compared to most other fruits berries are very low in carbohydrates, while being full in vitamins and antioxidants. These antioxidants can help improve blood flow delivering more oxygen to your muscles and your cells in general. Ultimately this can hep improve your workouts while assisting with the fat loss process. The best low carb berries to eat are blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. Blueberries are going to be a bit higher in carbs, so to keep calories low stick with the other 3. The next food isn't really a food, but instead its a drink that's been proven very effective at helping you fight that belly fat...apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has been shown to help people lose weight and waist circumference. These aren't they typical animal studies that you constantly see that don't necessarily guarantee the same results for people. Instead these are human studies. One of these studies was 12 weeks long and it demonstrated that obese individuals could lose anywhere from 2.6 to 3.7 pounds just by consuming 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar per day. It has also been shown to improve blood sugar spikes after meals, and it can help increase fullness after a meal. In fact one study showed that taking apple cider vinegar with a high carb meal could result in people eating 200 to 275 less calories for the day. Keep in mind, you want to make sure that you dilute only one to two tablespoons of the apple cider vinegar in water. Don't drink it straight up. Next I have another high protein food for you and that's tuna. Tuna is a very lean fish that's pretty much entirely made up of protein. This makes tuna a great option to increase protein intake without increasing calorie intake too much. The important thing is if you're buying canned tuna you want to make sure you get the tuna in water not oil. If you get it in oil then all the extra calories that you save from this low fat fish will be canceled out. Fish in general is a great option for when you're trying to bu..

@@briitt101 Hey Britt, being addicted to a food is difficult. I personally don't like too many sweets, i am more of a salt guy. However, i recently looked at myself, actually weighed myself for the first time in a long time, and i was in the worst shape of my life. i noticed i was staring to eat about 3 packs of Swedish fish and 2 packs of Oreos a week, along with 3 pork loins (a lot of meat and sugar in one week for most people, especially when you never exercise). Something i did that worked very quickly for me was making a diet involving fruit. (not only fruit haha, just a little bit) Apples and berries, along with bananas always taste sweet, and i threw out all my sugary foods. I think that will be biggest help for you and my buddies agree. Throwing your crappy foods away is hard, but it is very motivating. It is made easier if you replace them with healthy but tasty substitutes. Also, I am steadily losing weight, increasing my fitness, and i still eat Oreos or Swedish fish every now in then. Just try and limit it to the weekends, and control your portions. Pair this with 30 minutes of hard exercise a day, and it becomes a lot easier to stick with. YOU CAN DO IT!

Tip on Oatmeal. I get the instant 1 minutiae Oats. Fast and easy to make.
Simply boil water into a sauce pan.
Use half a cup of oats into a glass bowl.
A cup of boiled water into the oats.
Stir it and leave it for about 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 whole banana, cutting it into pieces.
I use a fork to mush and cut the banana pieces evenly and mix it into the oats. For a natural sweet taste.
One spoonful of peanut butter for added great taste and protein.
And done. You can also put in some berries as an optional add.

Good video Max. Thanks. 2 Caveats : 1. Apple Cider Vinegar is very acidic and should be drank with a straw, even when diluted to prevent damage to the teeth. 2. Tuna is high in mercury since it is near the top of its respective food chain. No more than 1 or 2 cans a week and only 1 can for pregnant women max.

Oatmeal is the cheapest healthiest carb source. I've been using it with all my meals (4-5 a day). You can either eat it in a bowl, or blend it into a oat flour, and drink in out of a shaker. I mix it with my whey to help nullify the high GI effect of whey.

      Preheat an oven to 175 C (350 f)
Take a bunch of Kale & Spinach leaf mix, shake it out on a baking tray.
Coat with olive oil, sprinkle with rock salt, roasted garlic and a tiny, tiny bit of fine ground black pepper. Or Chilli flakes and lime juice if you swing that way.
Once the oven is preheated, bake them for 10 - 15 minutes, until the edges are starting to brown but are not burned.
Let them cool, store a bunch in an airtight container and snack out on the rest.
Snacks don't have to be fattening.

I think that's mainly albacore, yellow fin is supposed to be the best I think or just not as bad, the smaller the tuna the better, makes sense. Only thing I take from 'fish' daily though is fermented skate liver oil(which is actually a small cartilage shark), only fish oil I'd trust is Solgar's Full-spectrum Wild Alaskan Salmon oil which has astaxanthin naturally(gives salmon the red color), which helps prevent the omega's from oxidizing, also has omega 7's which are great. Not enough astaxanthin for health benefit, but probably enough to prevent the omega's from oxidizing, also in an amber glass bottle which is the other big thing, or the bottle should at least be opaque since sun can oxidize it.
Freezing is a good idea too, taken on an empty stomach frozen can help the oils get to your gut before the stomach digests it too much, good idea to take with fats like ghee too because I don't think the fish oil alone will release lipase enough and other fats I think will absorb it better, I think soy lecithin could help too(don't let the fact that it's from soy scare you lol). But I really like fermented skate liver oil much better and have more confidence in it overall, has omega 7's too and much more benefit overall. I think the high vitamin K2 content might help prevent oils from oxidizing too, it helps prevent the oil from going bad, the livers are fermented then the oil naturally separates without going rancid, it's about as natural and minimally processed as fish oil gets. The oil is good for like 100 years, I think even a few drops can preserve a loaf of bread and help prevent tooth decay, it has that much vitamin K2. I think it probably absorbs better than fish oil too but is at least far more likely to be useful with less damaged omegas, heavy processing can be bad that way, most fish oil is literally useless and can even cause more harm than good.
Most other stuff I take in from animals is from grass-fed beef, I guess the multi-collagen I take has some from wild caught fish too, some from cage-free chicken, some of the bone broth and egg shell membrane. Good stuff. My diet is shaping up to be pretty great overall, but especially for digestive health.

Worked with a guy who ate a can of tuna every day for a year at lunch with a banana , crackers , and some other fruit. Anyways. He started feeling funny and was off he said for a few weeks he. Went to the Dr. His Blood levels were off and had mercury poisening if I'm not mistaken or some kind of elevated metal in his blood

Was very surprised to see that wasn't mentioned. Looking at the nutrition label, tuna seems like an ideal food, but too much will make you sick or even kill you.
How was that not worth mentioning in the video?
