Rammstein je i ovo remek djelo obradio i prepevao. Ipak su oni samo Bleda kopija velikog Laibacha.

Apsolutno. Glasovno, aranžmanom.. toliko klasično zato je večito ,prefinjeno sa dušom sa ukusom lepe muzike. Duhovno, kao neki prelepi madrigal.Ili molitva u Vensmisterskoj crkvi ili grčkom hramu. Vanvremeno... To je ozbiljna umetnost.
Discovered their Sympathy for the Devil cover a few years back and thought it was a good laugh. Only just now have I gotten around to looking into their other music. Fucking hell, this was extraordinary.

I show'd this to a friend that was a huge beatles fan. He died a few hours later, but I remember the tear on his face.
+laa music, that's moving, but when I show this version to average Beatles fans, I usually see FEAR in their faces... That's interesting because they don't get outraged as the usual radical fan gets with most covers - they get SCARED of the Laibach version!

Irakli Mgaloblishvili, you need to understand that Laibach never does anything for ordinary reasons and there is always a subtext. So, it's not just a matter of comparing versions and judging which one is better. They didn't want to just make a new version of the song for one to compare (in fact, they made a cover of the *entire* "Let It Be" album, titled it the same and even made a similar sleeve). They wanted to *reinvent* the song. One of their specialties is to find disturbing things where one least expects. Another example is the cheeky "Life Is Life" song by Austrian pop group Opus that became a fearsome martial hymn suggesting a totalitarian propaganda piece - all that without changing the lyrics! You can find both versions on CZcams - the difference is striking and that's *on purpose*.
I showed this video to a hippie friend of mine and just shut me down, "This version no." It's better than Fiona Apple's cover, at any rate.

I saw Laibach 3 times in London, all 3 venues were sold out, never seen a Serbian band playing outside Serbia being sold out! Who is jadnik I budala???

Every now and then, a cover song surpasses the original. Like Bauhaus doing 'Ziggy Stardust' or Fuzzbox doing 'Pop Muzik'. This is one of those times.
+raydeen2k This doesn't surpass the original, it's different. Also Fuzzbox's version of Pop Muzik is dreadful. My opinion is completely unbiased and I am always correct.
+Hal Coley I was a big Fuzzbox fan back in their early days, but I have to concur; their cover of ''Pop muzik'' was horrendous.

First time I heard this song, I woke up in the morning and this music video was on TV, I thought i was high.
I keep coming back to this. Don't care if Len-Mac wrote it, Laibach made this song theirs with this arrangement.

I think The Beatles travelled into the future, stole this song and thus made a cover of it :P I have ALWAYS loved Laibach's version. I used to play it do my daughter when she was a little bub. I'd play the record and she would search for the little girl laughing at the end. Literally would look behind the speaker. To this day, despite being into R&B, she still likes the song and knows Laibach and the video :)
