Granted you'd be spending 4 bars, but it's an option she can go for instead of just DR.

I Knew they did something to decrease the universal cancel window from normals...the game felt weird and tight like sfv. Anxious to see ppl put those Ryu buffs into practical use!

I don’t have to get into specifics b/c when you know, you know lol…And plus I’m just exhausted from keep talking about it. The only good thing about the patch to me is the new recovery DR. Congrats to those who got what they wanted from the patch. Nevertheless, I’ma always be SF for life!

Ryu has been owed a buff since SF5 S2, now we're getting it all at once. If anyone deserves a buff its Ryu. Can't wait to see him in tournament play. It's been too long!
Guile's UDK doesn't cause a crumple on counter hit, only on PC. The only change there was that if UDK connects as a counter hit with an airborne opponent they get knocked back and down same as if they were grounded. Mostly this just gives Guile space. Before you just got an air reset like if you anti-air with Cr. HP or St. MK. You don't get any new combos off this change (barring maybe if you DR into UDK and get a counter hit on an airborne opponent in the corner???). For all intents and purposes the move barely changed.
It's sad that my boy Ed only got crouching LP -3 on block lmao. And yeah the universal changes for light punch + some characters buffed nerfed Ed matchup too. Good news for Ryu, Jamie, AKI, Lily, Honda, Manon, Gief, Kim, Ken, and Juri mains though.
Turned Ryu into a Demi God and Dee Jay into hobbit. SMH Only reason people did good against Ry is because you play against him so much. It wasn't due to lack of resources.

Did anyone notice that Kimberly starts the game with 100% regular damage scaling and doesn't do 90% or 95% damage anymore like she use to at round start unless her Lv3 was active??? Am I trippin???

I wonder why noone mentions the good indirect nerf on raw DR that comes with the form of universal lights scaling nerf! The arguably cheapest tactic of the game (Raw DR light) just got a lot more inefficient.
I feel like Lily got a sidegrade rather than a buff. She got a whole bunch of buffs but overall, her gameplan will be weaker because she relies on lights so much and the scaling change hits her hard.
Vespa I disagree strongly Ken did get hit his nurf to his target combo (TC) hurts him a lot I disagree he got (TC) nurf hard. Its a lot harder to do now and he uses his (TC) to start all his pressure. Capcom should have changed the damage not the startup frames it makes it almost Impossible to confirm now.
Seriously? Input readings are less sensitive now? I don't think they've really fixed that but it is something. I'm not gonna buy the game yet but who knows...

I would just say a 1 frame reduction is largely negligible, it's not going to make anything noticeably faster. 2 frames and upwards, yes. It's the plus frames, damage and the meter gain increases that are the headline always. This is SFV Season 1 Ryu basically.

I was trippin... Throw does 1082 instead of 1200... Just damage scaling shows 100% instead of the other lower number
