Looking at the title and we canât throw out the word FREAK athlete lightly, Zion, Ja Morant, Zach Levine, Aaron Gordon were freak athletes
Trent seems like a good kid. What REALLY disturbs me these days is all this "training" with personal trainers. I started playing basketball when I was 7. I just fell in love with basketball. I "loved" playing. Around 8th grade, my high school coach/gym teacher came to my house and was talking to my dad about how he thought I could "make the NBA one day." I wasn't thinking about the NBA. My mom was a teacher and I knew being smart was MORE important. My friends and schoolmates "begged" me every, single day for 3 years to play "for the team/school." I wasn't trying to use basketball to get somewhere. I wanted to use my brains.
I took typing, business classes, etc. Worked 1/2 day at AT&T and went to school to become a court stenographer. Got a job with the Agency in DC and had a 16-year career in computers in DC.
Wasn't until years later I found out that my high school gym teacher coached Brian Taylor who plated with Dr. J.
Do I regret not using basketball to get further in life? No. I just loved playing. Period. We just played back in the day. No trainers. No special diets. No EYBL. No 365 days a year stuff. This "over training" is not good. That's how injuries crop up. Lots of great players DIDN'T make the NBA. Stop with the 1 dimensional dreams. You have a better chance of getting hit by lightening than making the NBA! And if you do, you better know math! Agent fees. Taxes. Percentages.
Learn something in college. Not those dumb "jock courses." And stop trying to get rich off NIL.
2k generated guy always like a 90 overall tho...
I thought it was lil mosey
does anyone else think his dad kinda looks like steph curry?
Maybe he can beat mikey williams in a 1v1
