      Learn the English tieing method you’ll do 3 at a time and easier to hang and bloom

    I love the fact that these judges are taking the time and showing people some neat tricks. They should do more episodes of the Butcher. Maybe do it with different judges and let the original 3 plus one of the season 1 winners like Matt compete against each other. THAT would be epic.

    One question that I had. I’ve seen where people have actually chilled the meat so then the fat doesn’t begin to melt as your working the grind, is that a good thing to do?

    oh yeah you still have to learn , go to the heart of Romania in transilvania and learn to make real old school sausage, where is your thyme, garlic and rosemary??? Thyme, garlic and rosemary is the holy trinity of sausage making, the base you build on.
