Its in his 3rd skill (Defense Matrix). You will blink forward for a short distance after consuming the shield and this is only works for Tinker itself.

@@sald1193 Rearm doesnt work on items anymore after 7.36 patch, but the Arcane Blink Dagger's CD was nerfed from 7s to 9s.

deleted talent at lvl 15, AOE laser was too strong with agh.

dota 2 now for noobs. high skill heroes are now nerfed. low skill tanky heroes with only 2 or 1 buttons to press has now been over buffed.
