AFC LIVE is a new product release (kit) that provides in-cab adjustable tuning for mechanical injection P7100 pump Dodge Cummins pickups from 1989 through early 1998. @@CrazyForCooCooPuffs then you're lucky. I have a steering box stabilizer, upgraded track bars, 3rd gen steering linkage, and a red head steering box. I think I just got a junk steering box though. Cause it still does that dodge wander. Be thankful dude I'm about to buy a psc gear box just to hopefully tighten it up some
After owning my '97 12-valve for 2 years I was finally going to do the whole star wheel, fuel plate adjustments, etc today. I was refreshing my knowledge by looking at some videos and then this video came up as a suggestion on the side. I couldn't believe it. The only envy I had of the 24-valve Cummins was that they could adjust everything electronically in cab, on account of all the computer stuff. No more, y'all invented this product which is amazing. Needless to say, I will now hold on with all the adjustments and get y'all's product. Well done, folks! I will get in touch with y'all shortly.

I sent y'all an e-mail today asking a couple of questions, the main one being about the smoke control part of this system there by the driver's left knee (the one that says Prodigy), which I don't see on the website or anywhere online, wondering if it's been phased out or simply integrated into the same box with an update. I hope the latter is the case, as being able to adjust the smoke is a pretty awesome feature!

I called them about the arc live stage two kit and they are about the nicest people to talk to they know what they are talking about
An actuall tuner for p pump. It'd be cool if y'all didn't call it smoke control knob, preboost would be better and afc controller.

Dont hear PDD talk about the AFC Live too much these days. I just got my Cummins swapped K3500 bsck on the road and will [finally] be installing my AFC Live soon. Can't wait to see how it does.

@@brodytippet8145 I'm really happy with it. I've had it on for maybe a month now and it's great. I don't use it everyday, but it sure makes it nice to be able to dial in a little more power, or a little less to control EGTs.

That won't do shit, it's all in the steering box/track bar, a steering box brace, good quality stabilizer, and a heavy duty track bar that plays gone

+bailey reidhead On this truck, with AFC LIVE turned all the way down, the truck dyno'd 228 HP, and with AFC LIVE turned all the way up it made 666 HP & 1523 FT LBS at the rear tires for a 430 HP gain!!!

what's a ok egt for say 30 mins .. we got some long grades going over the Sierra Nevadas. can I run 1200*f pre turbo that long stock engine/turbo. thanks for any input. love the content.

The PDD B12 tuner...? Or maybe B2 tuner. The 2 being the different 12v injection pumps. That's all I got.

I might call you soon since I'm from Canada, but do you NEED to use the max travel kit with this, if you are only wanting to go to 400-450 hp? Is it required or just helps.

where do you get the in cab smoke adjuster
I just talked to the folks at Power Driven Diesel and they clarified everything in that regard. The smoke adjuster is part of the system and will come with the box, it is the second turning knob within the aforementioned box. In this video, Will had the box taken apart and put the smoke adjusting knob in a separate position to his left, in other words, he customized it this way. It is still part of the now called AFC Live system and it comes with it, which I'm happy to hear as well.
I just came on this video accidentally and I was always wondering if a person could adjust mechanically on the fly so I think that is a good idea but I don’t have a good name yet for it. 12 valve Spirit booster or 12 Valve spirit adjuster
