Thankfully the man on the tractor had cigarettes and used his tobacco for the bites. Carolyn those were a lot of steps. You're in great shape. Norway is beautiful. Love the drone shots. West of the mountains (the pretty part of Norway) is really exposed to everything that the sea can throw at us, so you'll see little sunlight here. East of the mountains it's usually fairly dry, but it can get cold there in winter and warm in summer.
As you were saying that the stairs looked steep but they really weren’t, I was thinking ‘I don’t know, because you are breathing much harder’. My bet is that the riser for each step was a comfortable step so you weren’t ‘climbing’ up. You made it up, though! Well done. Great video! It was a nice break in a busy day. Thanks!

'Bruspulver" literary means fizzy powder in Norwegian. - I hope you guys had s great time. Norway can be anything and it's what you make of it right!?!?😃
5:06 That's milk. The symbol belongs to the company Tine and is made to look like a object named a "tine" They're wooden containers used for among other things storing butter butter, peas, grain, porridge etc, the name is only used in the southeast, in the rest of the country they're named a "laup" and where even a old measuring unit for volume as well as a wooden container. Basically they could store anything not liquid. Tine the company is a Norwegian dairy product cooperative owned by the farmers themselves and *required* to collect milk from them no matter how far out into the middle of nowhere they're located. They're our biggest dairy product producer. Although they *do* have competition, and their competitors don't have to spend money collecting milk from locations so far away that they're unprofitable to visit, or to pay more then they earn to said farmers for that milk (fixed price) So they're at a competitive disadvantage there. The other companies have their own areas where they compete when it comes to among other things ethics.

@@LifeistooshortCK lol.
Looking forward to next week. I worked there as a guide, many, many moons ago. Those were three fun summers😊
👋 Hi So enjoy your vlogs actually love them💖 getting chased by that hornet brought back a childhood experience when our cousin Lee on his horse took a stick and hit a wasp nest to the ground and we had the whole nest chasing probably 15 children to the pond where we all jumped in and held our breathe the younger kids got the most bites. Thankfully the man on the tractor had cigarettes and used his tobacco for the bites.
Carolyn those were a lot of steps. You're in great shape. Norway is beautiful. Love the drone shots. Angels all around you and your home on wheels. From New Mexico🌶️🌵
Angels all around you as well. I didn’t know tobacco can help with stings
@@LifeistooshortCK yes but he spit on it😲but it worked however Now I do homeopathic meds. Apis Mell 6x little soft white sugar pills under the tongue..I take 6 every 20 min for 4 times then every hour. Usually it's gone on a couple of hours.
I feel like I've watched so many Norway videos of yours now, but never seen the sun out. This is making the country feel somewhat depressing. Strange how the weather has such a big effect on people.
Love the vlogs as always xx
West of the mountains (the pretty part of Norway) is really exposed to everything that the sea can throw at us, so you'll see little sunlight here.
East of the mountains it's usually fairly dry, but it can get cold there in winter and warm in summer.
We had a lot of sunshine earlier in the trip, especially in Kristiansand and Bergen.
Thanks!
Another lovely vlog. I love the sections of drone footage and music very mindful ❤
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Another great video, loved the wasp dance, ill miss these when the tour ends
Sorry but I did laugh at Ken running from the bee😂😂 That was a good walk up the ski slope Carol , I wouldn’t have done that steep walk up those steps!! Another good vlog. X
It’s good to laugh 😁👍
Wonderful stuff yet again. Thanks guys.
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching 🙂
Lovely video. Don't think I have seen your move so fast before Ken 🏃🏃, It is lovely down through Sweden if you are going that way. I hate those type of steps as well Carol.
'Bruspulver" literary means fizzy powder in Norwegian. - I hope you guys had s great time. Norway can be anything and it's what you make of it right!?!?😃
Thanks and we agree

That's milk.
The symbol belongs to the company Tine and is made to look like a object named a "tine"
They're wooden containers used for among other things storing butter butter, peas, grain, porridge etc, the name is only used in the southeast, in the rest of the country they're named a "laup" and where even a old measuring unit for volume as well as a wooden container.
Basically they could store anything not liquid.
Tine the company is a Norwegian dairy product cooperative owned by the farmers themselves and *required* to collect milk from them no matter how far out into the middle of nowhere they're located.
They're our biggest dairy product producer.
Although they *do* have competition, and their competitors don't have to spend money collecting milk from locations so far away that they're unprofitable to visit, or to pay more then they earn to said farmers for that milk (fixed price)
So they're at a competitive disadvantage there.
The other companies have their own areas where they compete when it comes to among other things ethics.
I don't know if you watched TopGear but Lilliehammer is where they filmed their winter special. They sent a mini down that ski slope too :)
Yes always a great watch 😁👍
Hi, carbonated mince the bicarbonate of soda is used to tenderize the mince. Gordon
We understand it’s not carbonated at all, just the Norwegian word for meat patties. Our mistake 😆
Ken has MOVES!!
Sadly I wasn’t available for Saturday night fever so John Travolta got the gig
you should check out the video of the ski Jump in Iron Mountain in Michigan... it's the big boy on our side of the pond. great video
That wasp was very annoying 😉. Thank you for showing Lillehammer. It's been over two decades ago I visited. I do enjoy this series very much and I wish it will never end 😅.
That’s very kind of you. Hope we recalled some good memories for you 🙂
@@LifeistooshortCK you did, thank you 🙏
Hej you two, same for me, enjoyed the Lillehammer trip, trip to memories long time ago. Thanks for all the work you put in.
Thanks. Hope you've shaken the chest infection, Ken. Its a bit like that pesky wasp - out to get us oldies!
Almost there now 👍
