There’s definitely been union engagement with content creators on other sites but nothing major and there’s definitely no recognised union covering his workplace if his workplace is tiktok. Even if there was a tiktok union, what’s the workplace issue here? He could agitate with his union for changes to the platform but not to get legal advice about ‘defamation’ cause people are making fun of him. He’s a fantasist.

He has also recently admitted to kissing patients under his care in care homes, on the cheek and forehead and said he thinks this is acceptable behaviour and will not be apologising. After he got backlash from his video talking about kissing those patients, he backtracked and said he never kissed anyone even tho there are multiple screen recordings of him speaking on this on lives and videos that he still hasnt taken down. Since the backlash he took 3 days off from tiktok and has posted a dancing video acting like nothing has happened
