Someone needs to send you girls scout cookies.
Amanda Hardie that’s a great idea!
Yes I know!! I think we may have some on the way 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
InTheKitchenWithKate if someone sends Thin Mints refrigerate some . They are really good cold
I was actually thinking of doing that!
Yes! Freeze the thin mints. Once they are frozen then eat them! It really makes the flavour soo much better and I'm not usually a fan of chocolate/mint.
I am from South Carolina and I say y'all. It's a southern thing (Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas)
Also West Virginia and SE Ohio in the hills.
Texas born and raised
Hey! You left off Kentucky! We were neutral in the civil war, but we're still considered Southerners! I say that with pride! :-)
@@kphoe2 I believe we started out neutral but turned mostly Union by the end of the war after some Confederate officer tried to invade the state. My family goes back generations of Kentuckians and all were Union.
@Kristina im from south carolina also and i yall is my word lol
Oh no... That's not how you eat a "Now & Later". They start off kind of hard and become soft later, hence the name. You just suck on them till they eventually soften, then you can chew them. A lot of kids learn this the hard way. LOL *:-D*
Guess we learned the hard way too haha. Totally makes sense now
InTheKitchenWithKate Kristina OMG...When I saw you bite down on the Now and Laters. I thought you were going to crack a tooth. You’re supposed to suck on them. Until they soften & than chew them. They become a completely different texture. You’re supposed to suck on Lemon Heads, also.
@@Appaddict01 I think people need to start including instructions!
I still eat them the wrong way lmao
haha i was quite surprised i didn't loose a tooth 😂 Thank you @@Appaddict01
Lindt acquired Russell Stover and Whitman's in 2014. Russell Stover has boxed chocolates as well. But Whitman's sampler box (that's what their large assorted box is called) has been around for over a century. Probably still the number one sold chocolate box sold in the US. *I used to work retail; stocked candy and food. Was given little magazines with info in them about how our store selected items and prepared for holidays.I have all this knowledge without an outlet.* 😂
Oh really! Thank you for the info Tina! So interesting
I love hearing bits and pieces of what other people know.
Hi Kate! So glad you enjoyed the box I sent from Memphis! If you ever come here you will definitely have to spend some time in Dinstuhls. They have a whole shop filled with everything chocolate you could imagine! Hostess orange cupcakes are definitely the best Hostess snack!
Hey!! Thank you so much. we absolutely loved it, so kind of you! Oh wow, that sounds awesome, hopefully, one day I can visit! Yeah the orange cupcakes are so great
k coleman That was so SWEET of you to send all that candy🍭🍫 to the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 !!! And now I have to try the Orange Hostess Cupcakes 🍊🍰 ! I'm in California hope I can find some!
Hi,Kate and Alex! Loving this. Just a tip on the classic Now and Later, it needs to be sucked on for awhile before chewing, it becomes like taffy after a time. But if you just chew right in it can definitely hurt your mouth. Lemonheads are a Classic as well. Both are better sucked on like a Jolly Rancher. Hope this helps next time you experience them. Big ((hugs)) Happy Valentine's Day!😊🌷💜
Thank you for explaining. That definitely makes sense now. Yes it definitely helped. Thank you. Happy Valentine’s Day to you too 💕💕
@@ThisWithThem The commercial jingle for Now and Laters was "eat some now, save some for later". They definitely need to be savored to keep your teeth intact :)
haha @@carla109
Happy I could help :)
Ya'll is a southern thing. Ya'll is referring to up to 4 people. If there are 5 or more people being referred to it's "All ya'll". LOL
Love that!! Haha
Yesssssssss😅
Krys Phoenix THIS!!! 🤣
We say y’all in Pa as well
BAAAAHAHAHA!!! SO TRUE
Little Debbies are everywhere, and I’d always choose that over Hostess. They make more kinds of cakes, and I think Hostess tastes chemically
Little Debbie’s are so great aren’t they! Definitely taste more natural
Agreed*^ Little Debbie’s are better
See I don’t like little debbies I prefer hostess as they say to each their own
I totally agree!
Shannon Walsh yep!
I'm so glad someone sent you Zapps. They are such good chips (crisps). I hope the other box has other New Orleans foods.
Those are the best !!
You need to try Sees candy it’s a West Coast California candy company!
I have gotten my midwest friends addicted to See's. So much better than Russell Stovers!
we have one in Oregon and there amazing I don’t have it often but I love them!
Yes!! We are still yet to try that!
They had a Sees candy store in The Tucson Mall in Tucson Arizona. It was awesome candy.
Key lime truffles
If you like dill pickle flavored chips, try pringles "screamin' dill pickle" they are down right amazing.
Oh wow. Never realised they did some. Sound amazing
Omg I’m addicted to those I have a can in my pantry now
Def gotta try!
I’m obsessed with you guys and your trying American candy because you have such open minds and are very positive! Love it
Little debbie can be found everywhere in the US, I think they are so much better than Hostess
Thank you Scott!! Yeah little Debbie’s are amazing
@@ThisWithThem FWIW, they are made in my hometown(Chattanooga,Tennessee). The same goes for Moon Pies.
InTheKitchenWithKate Little Debbie used to be regional. You can find them everywhere, now.
Oh no, Little Debbie is so low end, the dollar store of snack cakes.
Tasty cake’s are better then both of them combined by a million miles
I'm a "y'all" girl. It's a southern thing for sure. #southtexas #enjoyy'all #lovey'all 😊
I love Now and Laters! But you should try sucking on it for a little bit before you start chewing. It becomes a little softer and easier to chew without breaking your jaw! Also, you should try the grape or banana flavored ones! They’re my favorite!
I'm from Georgia and we absolutely say "y'all". Also, Little Debbie is definitely the more popular brand and is sold EVERYWHERE! Including gas stations. And Peeps used to be more of an Easter candy but as the years go by, they are creating flavors for all holidays.
Love it 😀 nice to see Peeps have obviously grown then! Love seeing their different flavours
I grew up in Missouri and still currently reside here and Little Debbie’s and hostess are pretty much the same. However hostess is definitely more popular. Also marshmallow peeps are mainly for Easter. They have branched out over the years and started making them for other occasions but your classic pink or yellow or blue marshmallow peep chicks are definitely an Easter thing more than anything else.
Ahh i've never actually seen the blue peeps! Wouldn't think that would be one of their staple colours! Thanks for letting us know ☺️
InTheKitchenWithKate Here in the US it’s been a tradition to be all about pastels for Easter so that is probably why they use pink and yellow and blue and there’s even purple chicks for Easter. ❤️
I’m sure Little Debbie is found all over the US. I love Fritos, my comfort meal is tomato soup & grilled cheese sandwich with the Fritos. So good to dunk in the soup! Those Russell chocolate come in a lot of different flavors, especially on holidays! So enjoy your videos, love your banter between you guys! SMH I think is shake my head, lol!
Wish we could get little Debbies in the uk! Mmm yes. Bet they are amazing to dunk! Thank you so much so pleased to hear that! Ahh no way haha. Thanks for letting me know
@@ThisWithThem Little Debbie is still a family bakery just outside Chattanooga, TN. There are alot of references in movies and American TV. They make awide variety of cakes, muffins, brownies, and granola bars. I will put together a variety for you to try.
My mom used to get us Frito Scoops for Chili!
Cierra A. Yes, they’re great with chili. Or dipped in sour cream.
Mmm i bet i would love them with sour cream @@Appaddict01
Russell Stover is considered a lower end product. However their holiday chocolate covered marshmallows and Carmel’s are delicious!!! The best
thing is they make them in different shapes for every holiday so you can really get them year round!! Happy Valentines Day!!
Insane aren’t they! Love that they come out with a different shape each holiday
Y’all for sure! Born and raised in the Texas & Oklahoma which is the south. I don’t think I ever ever naturally say, “you all,” actually. A lot of us will also say, “y’all all” haha. I haven’t seen Zapp’s chips since I lived in Houston, they were in like every grocery store but I’ve never seen them here in Oklahoma. :(
Put Fritos on Chili!
We Texans say y'all a lot! It's definitely a southern states thing. It's "you all" compressed. Love y'all!! 💗 Happy Valentine's day to you both!!
I'm a southern transplant so I say ya'll. Also, Little Debbie is the best!! I prefer Russell Stover to Whitmans, they are direct competitors.
I'm from Mississippi and I say y'all and it's a southern thing and I love your videos Kate they make me so hungry lol.
I’m from Louisiana and I love my Zapp’s chips. Such a staple.
I'm definitely a y'all girl. Alabama is considered the"Heart of Dixie", so it's pretty common for us. I love being from the south, but have always dreamed of traveling. I hope y'all have a wonderful Valentine's day full of love and laughter. Thank you for allowing us into your world. I love watching the show and y'all trying so many different things from around the world. I'm still waiting on a new season of WTF. Sending lots of love to you and Alex from Alabama. ❤️❤️
Now And Laters slogan is "hard now, soft later". So the longer it's in your mouth the softer it gets. I learned to savor and suck on them and not try and chew them. ;)
This box was a treasure trove of new items. Kudos to the sender for paying attention and finding some new snacks for Kate and Alex! Love Y'all here in South Carolina XO
Amazing box wasn't it! So grateful
Y’all is definitely regional - if anyone said it in my area, Chicago, we would assume they are from the south - below the Mason Dixon Line.
stitchesbysue I say y’all and I grew up an hour and a half away from you in central Illinois near Champaign
Hostess is the best.
I just love you both and watch all you tube, and I follow you both on Instagram. The sweet tarts are just regular not much for Valentine's day. I wish they could have sent you the cherry Cordial M&M love to eat those around this time.
Thank you for letting us know ☺️ we did think it might be
I'm in Rockford Illinois (born and raised) which is an hour and a half from you and I say "y'all".
Little debbies are everywhere. My wife loves them, she had them first at 16 in Teas when visiting her oldest sister who lived there for 4 yrs all 4 that my wife was in high school from 84 to 88. She and our girls and I love them
Am I the only American that finds it odd that they enjoy Russel Stauvers so much? I was always under the impression that it wasn’t very good cheap chocolate.
I heard that it’s meant to be the cheaper chocolate but so many others have said how much they love it too!
InTheKitchenWithKate eek! You replied!!! Ok deep breath deep breath 1...2...3...
I think it’s just weird to many of us because UK always speaks about how much their chocolate is better then ours. Specifically
Hershey’s, which we’re brought up to believe is far superior to Russel Stauvers. So when a Brit prefers that brand it’s a bit of a mind bender lol.
P.S. tell Alex to take his hat off more. Sooo dreamy! Love y’all from a random small town in Texas!
I think its funny because it's the cheapest chocolate that not many want here. I would never purchase Russel stover lol
I do love Russel Stover's! I'm typically not a fan of cheap chocolate, in fact, I despise Hershey's and most other milk chocolate, but I will go for those boxes every time!
I got a box of Lindor candies at Christmas and a Russel Stover box - far and away, the RS box was better. It shocked me, I love Lindor.
Hey Kate and Alex, the expression " Y'all " is sometimes used in Upstate NY as well. I think it's a Good Ol country thing, an abbreviated version of the words "You All". I think alot of Southerners and upstate country folk share similarities in expressions as well as old country values (at least the senior citizens do mostly). 😄 Hope that helps a bit in understanding American jargin.
SweetTarts are available all year round. Hostess and Little Debbie are available all over the country. I've been to all four corners and everywhere in between, and I've seen both pretty much everywhere I've been to. I say Y'all, and I'm from Michigan... but I'm an odd one. But I don't say it all the time like people from the south do. lol There's a Russell Stover store here in Michigan, where you can buy boxes and boxes of rejects for WAAAY less than it would cost retail - and there's nothing wrong with them, they're just ugly. You can also buy the individual packaged holiday chocolates when they're out of season for like 15c - they're still good (and good for a good year after the date). So if you're ever in Michigan, head down to Dundee (by Toledo) to the Russell Stover store.
Those stores are the best!
Thank you for all of the information 😀 A lovely follower messaged me on Facebook about the Russell Stover store. First I had heard of it. Sounds like the best thing ever haha. I really must go 😆😆
Lookup RS blooper box opening here on YT. I'm sure RS has many stores that sell them around the country. The store here in Michigan sells chocolate and caramel apples, and ice cream as well...
I'm from Northeast Texas, and we definitely say y'all :). I recently discovered your videos, and enjoy them so much.
Zapps Voodoo flavor chips are my favorite! They are so hard to stop eating! I'm not a fan of the Peeps. Love your videos. ❤️
Those are the best I agree! The voodoo heat is good too
@@firepantheress9576 I've tried the Voodoo Heat and they were delicious too, but I'm a weakling! The heat was a bit much for me. 😁
@@kikichelo7449 they definitely have a good spicy taste 😊
Haha I’m a weakling too haha 😆😂
I wonder if we have them in our box 😀😀
The packaging on the Crunch and Munch is for where you're selling it. If it's on a grocery store shelf, you want it standing up tall, not taking up space sideways. In a movie theater display case, they are displayed sideways, in stacks.
Hey Kids!! Happy Valentines Day to you both and your whole lovely family!!
Hey Madonna. Happy Valentine’s Day to you too 💕💕 so glad you enjoyed this one ☺️ oh cool. That’s pretty awesome they are now on top! Haha he definitely doesn’t say it as much anymore does he! Maybe he thinks you’re all fed up haha. Thank you. You too
I’m definitely a “y’all” person, born and raised in Austin, TX so definitely a Southern thing ❤️
I'd definitely pick Little Debbie over Hostess anytime. 👍
😋😋
One of the best "trying american foods" videos that I've seen! Glad to see you actually enjoyed them all and not hated everything.
Also, you said you've got a whole box of Zapp's chips/crisps? If I was to send you a Louisiana box (I financially can't right now), they'd be at the top of my list. The VooDoo Cajun Crawtaters are mine, and most people's favorite ones!!!
That’s very kind of you to want to send us one though. Thank you 💕 no worries at all. We so can’t wait to try them 😋😋
The voodoo heat are the best flavor!!
I am born and raised in Nashville Tennessee and Y'all is the only way we say it. Its only a south type thing. Happy Late Valentines Day! I hope your boyfriend spoiled you on that day! Love these videos they are my favorite.
OK y'all can get both little Debbie and hostess almost everywhere in the US. At one point hostess was the better of the two but a few years back hostess went through bankruptcy and bought by a new company and they changed for the worst so now little Debbie is better.
Ah no way! So interesting thanks for letting us know ☺️
Whitman's is a slightly higher quality candy, but still no where near top shelf candy.
Hold the Now or Later in your mouth for a minute then chew. The heat will soften them.
Lemon heads are usually not chewed.
The now and later package used to say eat some now save some for later
Oh really! How cool
Oh i always go for those watermelon now and laters or watermelon airheads at world candy stores
My Mother loves Whitman's! Their large boxes with 2-3 layers can sell for $20. Coffee, nuts, cremes, cookies, carmels, toffees, etc.
Hey Kate and Alex! Yayy!!! Another taste testing American candy! I agree with Alex it’s surprising there is still candy you haven’t tasted from the US. I love lemonheads! I would get those when I was a kid. Now they make apple, grape and cherry ones. I really love the corn nuts too! It’s like canchas from my moms country Perú. Also a favorite from my childhood. Those Russell Stovers are soooo delicious and they do make a box like Whitman’s does as well. Little Debbies and Hostess can be found everywhere. I grew up eating the Swiss rolls cuz it was my dads favorite and he would take one packet to work everyday. I like the orange cupcakes from hostess as well. I also love Fritos! Original is my favorite and than the honey barbecue one is second favorite type of Fritos. I’m pretty sure there’s prob more things you haven’t tasted. Which is insane! Love these videos! Can’t wait for the next taste test video!
I can think of a few more they haven't gotten to, but I used to work at a Walmart, a Kmart and a Dollar General (not necessarily in that order)
Bob IsMom yeah I’m sure you have those stores stock list memorized in your head hehe
@@singingkitty02_ Not necessarily but I've seen a lot of weird a.. candy.
Bob IsMom lol weird is always interesting. Plus sometimes weird things taste great. Like maple bacon donuts which are now one of my faves
@@singingkitty02_ I agree with the first part but I'll have to take your word for the last, though if we had anywhere in our small town where we could buy maple bacon donuts, I would definitely try one, cuz that sounded good to me the first time I heard of it.
I'm from the south and Y'all is at the top of our vocabulary. I live in Los Angeles now, and I've found that many people here use y'all as well.
How cool! I really love it
Y'all need to try Frito Pie! Fritos with chili and shredded cheddar cheese on them. Trust me - it's awesome. I should know, I'm from Texas and Fritos were invented in Texas at the state fair in Dallas. 😉
Sounds so good. Must be good because a few people have said we need to try! Oh cool!
Definitely a fave in Texas
@@ThisWithThem you should do a video together of dishes like this that people suggest!
Alisa Mitchell fellow Texan here and definitely one of my fave. We had these all the time growing up. There quick and easy. And also make great for cold football nights.
And great for the rainy nights too. Texan here aswell. New Caney Tx
Pro tip! Fritos are really good with chili! We pour chili over them in the bag with sour cream and cheese. It's called a Frito pie. You can add other chili toppings too. I'm just picky haha
I say y'all and I'm from Michigan. I would think it's more individual choice on what they say. Y'all, you all, yuns.
I'm from Michigan too and alot of us say y'all
I love the peeps bunnies and only fresh out of the package. That way they're soft and perfect. Also, peeps are out mostly for Easter and they come in several colors.. pink, yellow, blue, purple and green. They come in chicks and bunnies.
Georgia, USA and definitely a "y'all" sayer, as a matter of a fact in the deep south it sounds more like "yaw" 😁
Yaw!! How cool
Dear Kate and Alex, Peeps were originally an Easter treat in the shape of chicks or bunnies; but they have expanded to Valentine's, Halloween and Christmas. There are people who have creative contests at our local college, utilizing those treats in displays doing different silly scenery. Check out things to do with Peeps, besides eating them.😄
I say y'all and you guys or just whatever comes to mind first.
I knew this was coming I’m so glad! Valentines candy and Easter candy are just delicious. I love your hairstyle Kate so pretty and your eye makeup is gorgeous. Great video as always, love your channel! I’m from Montana and it’s about 50/50 some say y’all others of us don’t

I'm a native Kentuckian (the northern-central part) and I've said "y'all" all my life. And then there's the variations of it - "y'all's" (denotes possession lol) and "all y'all" (addressing at least a few people). 😂😂 And Y'ALL would love the chocolates I got from my hubby for Valentine's Day - it's a large heart shaped box full of different little bite-sized Russell Stover chocolates. They're so good and I'm still working on eating them lol
Little Debbie and Hostess are everywhere in America!

So y'all ain't playing around when it comes to treats.

Whitman's and Russell Stover have traditionally been sold as a large assortment box, the type you give to people as presents. They have only recently been branching out into these smaller, individual size packages to compete with candy bars. You probably are not familiar with those brands as the small pieces are relatively new in the marketplace.
Must find those crunchy mint M&Ms....
yes! haha
Found them, they are yummy
Orange cupcakes are my favorite.
Mine too! Though I can't buy the box of 6 because I end up eating them all. The two size one sold at convenience stores is just right.
@@RainbowscapePictures me too. That's so funny.
I agree Kate I dont get the mint and chocolate combination
I wanted to try the espresso ones but only ones for sale in the stores around me were the mint ones. 😟
Espresso ones!! I reckon Alex would love those ones
Yeah just not for me
Oh i love mint choc or chilli choc and those m&ms and the pretzel ones are the only ones i like
Sheena Kinman Have you ever had Fannie May mint meltaways? Even my niece who hates everything mint loves them. Frango mints, as well. They’re made locally in Chicago. Became famous because of Marshal Fields. Typically available only in the Midwest & Northwest. Are also delicious. They are fairly expensive, though.
Now and Later candies are one of my and my siblings favorite candies! They're named that because they're hard now and soft later. You're supposed to sick on it until your mouth warms the candy up and it becomes soft and chewy. :) Cheers!
Thank you Katie!
i’m from california and i say y’all but only when i text HAHA
ah no way haha. I totally do things like that too!
Hi, kids!!! Y’all are so cute!! Yes, I as born & raised in the south in the U.S. In fact, I’m a “GRITS”..Girl Raised In The South (another “southern thang”)!!! Anyway...just a few clarifications from me. Little Debbie: you could probably fill a HUGE box of nothing but various Little Debbie’s & not repeat any. In the U.S., Little Debbie is the “snack cake” of choice, although “she” also makes a few things that aren’t really “cakes”. Two I can think of right off hand are the Peanut Butter Bar (crispy wafers spread with peanut butter & covered in chocolate) & Star Crunch (a round cake-like snack with chewy caramel with crispy rice & covered in chocolate...noticing a pattern here?)!! Little Debbie has been around since I can remember...& I’m almost 65 years old. Now, for Whitman’s Sampler...I remember this from childhood. This is the box of candy that Moms would buy & hide from the kids, bringing it out only during special times. This created such turmoil for the kids because we could have ONLY ONE PIECE!!}. So it took until bedtime for the kids to decide which piece...was it the “chocolate-peanut butter crunch” or maybe the “chocolate-chocolate caramel”??? Anyway, the Whitman’s Sampler usually came in 3-4 sizes...the tiny 3 or 4-piece box, the half pound box, the 1-pound box, & the HUGE 2-pound box...with each & every piece marked (on the inside top of the box & sometimes with an extra sheet included for the big boxes) so you would be assured of getting the piece you want...& you were never disappointed!!! Ok...so I guess this is all you didn’t want to know about Little Debbie’s, the Whitman’s Sampler, & the word “y’all”! Just one more thing...when Alex refers to the current generation as “kids”, it just cracks me up (that’s an Americanism for “makes me really laugh)!!! How old is Alex, 25-26??? And Kate, you can’t be any more than 23 or 24...right?? Anyway...I love watching your comments & opinions of American snacks...you both are just so cute!!! God bless America...& long live the Queen!!!
Live in Cincinnati, Ohio; we are a ya'll state also!
Really? I'm in NE Indiana and we aren't but I do think southern Indiana is so I guess that makes sense!
I need to bring it to the UK haha
Ya'll in Ohio? Maybe south of Columbus
My name is Karen and I live in Canada. I just love your channel. I love chips and cakes and candy. We have little Debbie cakes here as well. Most of the things you get we can get in Canada, except for the regional items.
It's my birthday
Happy birthday!! Hope you’re having a great day!! 🎉♥️
It it's a southern saying. I'm from southern Alabama and everyone in the state says y'all... I love your channel, me and my daughter watch all the time.
Hi Kate and Alex😊😊
Hey Cindy! Hope you enjoyed watching 😀
You guys are adorable!! Russell Stover's is like..our cheap chocolate company, nothing crazy special. It's so funny watching you guys drooling over it, it gave me such an appreciation for what we have (all your snack videos do!) Then there's Whitman's, they're cheaper too, I'd say they're equal. We also have Ghirardelli and Lindt which are both way better and creamier. Honestly. I feel like these two are the only ones using real quality chocolate. Peeps are for Easter but they have them year round now. Sweethearts aren't for Valentine's day either, just normal candy. Can't wait for your next video!
Zapp's are the best chips
Can’t wait to try the rest
I live in Chattanooga Tennessee, and we have the Little Debbie plant here that makes all the cakes. We can buy them by the case or individual anytime here.
I clicked Soo fast I am Soo exited
Yaay hope you enjoyed it!
My child is loving this video so many candies that we see everyday
I am a ya'll person lol I live in South Carolina
Love it 😀
Y’all need to try another American classic that is made with Fritos- you put them in a bowl and add chili & shredded cheddar cheese, maybe some chopped onions, and that makes a good ol’ Frito Chili Pie! Super popular here in America and so delicious. We have a fast food chain here that puts all that inside a tortilla and calls it a Frito Burrito. Try it!
It's my bday
Happy Birthday Dana!!!! 🎂
The Sweetarts (and Runts) Candy used to have Lime instead of the now Green/Sour Apple. I really miss the lime as it was a fave growing up. The apple flavor can get a bit fake flavored depending on what it is or it can be pretty decent. I just wish they would not have gotten rid of Lime to replace it with the Apple. Just wish we could have both, LOL.
No way! Our green sweets in the Uk tend to be lime! Don’t know why we don’t do Apple. Yeah I can see what you mean. We’ve tried a few that would be a bit fake. I do wish our greens were apple though! Yeah they should stick with both!
I totally agree. Very few Apple flavored things I like. Really just like the caramel covered suckers. Wish they'd go back to lime

Hi love the video I also would like to know if you have any yummy simple recipes as I love to bake if you go on to my channel if you have time if you look at My Motte And Bailey Castle History Homework I made it out of cake
I always say y’all - but I grew up down south. Little Debbie and Hostess are available nationwide - not my jam so can’t weigh in on which is better. Growing up my mom made homemade and never did store bought biscuits and such. Russel Stover and Whitman’s are both about the same price point and quality. They are older brands that have been around for quite some time.😊
I think Little Debbie and Hostess are nationwide. Little Debbie has way more variety than Hostess and Little Debbie is less expensive so I personally eat more Little Debbie products. Hope that helps. Love your videos keep them coming 😀
Thank you 💗
Alex saying “Yaaaaaas Queen” made my night 😍😂
hahaha
I love your videos! One thing, though. Any American hard candy is meant for sucking until it gets to a size or consistency that is easier to chew, because they're meant to be long lasting. And Whitman's are generally considered to be below Russell Stover.
Thank you ☺️☺️
I love watching your reactions to American candy and foods. ❤️. So enjoyed watching this. Whitman chocolates are below Russel stovers chocolates. Absolutely love the neon pink writing and shirt Katie. Alex, I so enjoy your enthusiasm when you eat something you really like. Great video 👍😊. Happy belated Valentines Day to you both 💕
Thank you Lynda! So glad you did ♥️ haha you can really tell when he loves something can’t you 😆 happy Valentine’s Day to you too
"Y'all" is the southern equivalent to "youse", or so I've been told here in Georgia. And the rankings are:

Yep, we say y’all say here in Florida. Lol. Those hostess cupcakes are my FAVORITE! Sweet Tarts are not Valentines candies. We have conversation hearts (not sour patch) that I was sure would be in this box. I LOVE those crunchy mint m&m’s too.
Happy Valentine’s day to both of you and thank’s for sharing with us that video! From French part of🇨🇦🙋🏼♀️😃😀😁😘
I am from Texas and I definitely use the word y’all, a contraction of you all it’s a perfectly good word and I don’t know why more English speaking people don’t use it. Y’all could start a thing in the UK!
Y’all is even in the Oxford dictionary which is British isn’t it? Y’all check it out!!!
Here in Texas we take those small bags of Fritos and add chili (no beans!!!), shredded cheese, chopped onions & a teaspoon of Frenches Mustard on top....Frito Chili Pie! So yummy on a cold Friday night watching high school football! Love watching y'all! Are there going to be anymore WTF episodes? I love watching WTF!
Ohio here and I've only heard those as a walking taco
You two are just the cutest!! 💕 Jolene, Orange County, California
Happy Valentine's day y'all from Texas!
I love, love, LOVE when you two do American accents!! Always makes me laugh. We can get Little Debbies everywhere - I prefer them over Hostess. So glad you guys love Russell Stover - it is very under-rated here and looked down on as cheap candy. I absolutely love Russell Stover. The marshmallow eggs at Easter are the BEST!!
Yaay thank you. So glad you do ☺️ I love doing them haha. I think Russell stover will always be my fave now 😍😍 wow they sound amazing
A difference between Fritos and tortilla chips is that the corn for tortillas is treated with an alkaline substance, often lime (the mineral, not the fruit). This gives it a different flavor, and also frees up the niacin in the corn, making it more nutritious. Corn for tamales gets the same treatment. The corn used in Fritos doesn't get the alkaline treatment, so the flavor is just that of ground corn.
BTW, fritos are great with chili con carne. You don't even need a bowl - just cut open the side of the bag and pour in some chili.
Hey Y'all ;) ----HAPPY VALENTINES DAY Kate and Alex
Hey Jane!! Sending love to you too 💕 Happy Valentine’s Day! ☺️ yeah those orange ones are insane! Oh yeah! That would have been a good idea. Ah no way, I would have loved her 😍 we have a Bichon frise. Yay so glad you enjoyed it. Thank you I hope you have a great weekend too!
