Sorry about your medical situation! I have Crohn's Disease and in the past I have not been able to eat for 5 weeks and 3 weeks twice. I found it so distressing! People don't realize but your stomach doesn't get the memo and you're still starving with your stomach grumbling despite getting all your nutrients through tubes! Hang in there! Good Luck!
@@lbednaz thanks for the well wishes, you as well. I have a rare subtype of Ehlers Danlos and don’t feel my digestive system or much else. My stomach also stopped absorbing properly and my stupid throat and neck are very unstable, so neck brace. I’m ok though, I still have a lot to love in my life. 🙂 Be well!

Not sure if anyone explained the varying home costs yet, but the $2.1 million was 234 acres or almost 1 square km of land so that is a huge area. It may have a few structures on it but the vast majority of the cost if for the raw land value. The other listings that were in the $200-300,000 range were for primarily just the home with a smaller portion of that cost being for the land it sits on. Average single family home lots in America are around 7,000 square feet or 0.0006 square km so you can see that first listing was expensive because it was a huge piece of property.

That amount of land would be very rare to come across in a paper over here without it being bagged up by some massive company trying to build on top of it! So it does sound expensive but like you say that is a lot of land for that price!! 😱
It amazes me how much square footage the houses in America get! They are so much more spacious than ours and you get so much more land. It’s amazing!

You should try getting a original Oreo and putting peanut butter and whipped cream on it. It’s absolutely amazing the flavours go so well together it makes for the perfect dessert.

I was watching this whole video enjoying a turkey dinner prepared by my hubby! Enjoyed both! Ahh a box from my city! Honestly, I wasn't expecting much because this is a very boring town (to me) but Amy & Jeff did a great job with this box! I don't like Dr. Pepper either but I do recommend drinking it COLD. Very cold, not room temp. It tastes a bit more flavorful that way. And Mentos were originally a chewy mint. Then they started making different types and flavors. When you see the fruit flavored kind you don't expect it to actually taste like a mint but it has the same texture as the original mint. Even though they are more of candy, they aren't necessarily designed to eat like you would a bag of skittles. They're designed for you to eat just a couple at a time like you would a mint. (Sorry for the long comment lol).

You guys need to put the ding dongs in the freezer and try them ! They are my favorite that way also old packaging they were wrapped in foil instead of plastic and when they changed packaging it changed the flavoring ever so slightly

I haven't had Ding Dongs since I was a kid and they used to come in little foil packages. But I remember we used to put them in the freezer and they were so yummy!

I grew up with the foil wrapped Ding-Dongs. It was a great treat in my lunchbox. They used to be soooo much bigger, and better. I still pick them up occasionally. :)
So you know, queso (in English) usually refers to a specific kind of cheese/salsa mix, which is why it tasted a little more acidic than just plain cheese flavor :)

I live in a condo building in my city. I live on the 19th floor. My home overlooks the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. I can see different parts of my city which is so unique. We have the newer buildings like the one I live in and the older brick homes. The bricks used in the older homes in my city can only be found in my city.
Grits is a southern food. It is really good. My dad side of my family was born in the south. And they would eat grits. My dad passed it on to my sister and I and we love it. We eat for breakfast almost every day with eggs, bacon, and sausages.
I absolutely love the Dr Pepper cream soda! I feel like it almost taste like cotton candy! I’ve been craving Auntie Anns 🤤 It’s been for ever since I have had it. The cinnamon and sugar is always my go to . I can’t even imagine what the sour patch cookies even taste like? Sounds like something we need to try

Houses in America vary quite a lot. Where in Europe you might be limited by your city’s or neighbourhood’s zoning standards, most US codes don’t restrict residential homes. Most are built with wood frames, with insulation and a varied facade outside (brick, wood, or plastic siding), and mostly drywall inside. This is to keep build prices down as property ownership has always been a huge aspect of American life. UK homes are generally stone with plaster walls for longevity as property costs were always high due to low availability to the average person (historically.)
You’ll find that American homes most of the time recessed from the street as well, while UK homes are generally flush with the pavement. This is due to the UK system of sewers and utilities, which run alongside streets. In the US, the properties are larger and less standardized, and most small municipalities do not have own sewers or running water provided. The homes have underground septic tanks and get water from underground aquifers via electric pumps.

Those are my second favorite chex mix. My favorite is barbecue. The Oreo speciality flavors only come in family size now, since Americans tend to buy that size more often.
Ruffled crisps are literally designed for dipping. The ruffles provide structure to support heavy dips that are sour cream or mayonnaise based. They’re also prone to not break because of that added structure.
So that definitely helps them not break in transit too!! Didn’t even think about that! Thanks George!
I hate oatmeal, but I love Nutella!!! I’m definitely trying that!! And adding some chopped toasted hazelnuts 😋 In Canada we can get a Reese spread that’s like Nutella but it’s peanut butter chocolate spread and it’s delicious 🤤 I’d try that in oatmeal too!!! 👍 You just gave me new ways to try something I hate!! 😆😆 Biscoff spread would be bomb! 🤩

Hello from Loveland Colorado. I was getting groceries the a week or so ago & came across some Oreo's that were in a pink package. On the front it said Lady Gaga. The filling was a green color with a pink , as you say biscuit , cookie. They weren't that bad at all.
Such a fun box! So many I haven’t seen! When I was little, ding dongs were wrapped in foil! And one time when Brent was working at UPS when we first started dating, they had to call in special peeps to test a spill that tested as dangerous chemicals....it was coke that spilled in a box someone sent! 🤣 I love that sweater on you Kate! The mentos are sold by the gum in the checkout. They come in regular mint, commonly used for the science experiment where you put them in a bottle of coke and it explodes and the much loved fruit flavors.

I usually eat oatmeal for breakfast and the flavor of it is apple and cinnamon but I add a couple tablespoons of sugar and pour milk over it. That is something I have done since I was 13 or 14 years old so I have been doing that for about 15 or 16 years

This video was great! I love hostess cakes! A new one I found is the fudge covered devil dogs. It’s soooo yummy! I saw the queso chips but didn’t get them as well as the pretzel pop tarts. Kate & Alex, they put out the Strawberry shortcake oreos in the summer. I'm still stuck in my house due to covid, but when I see them I'll grab a couple for you guys❤

This box is making me hungry for sweets. I normally don't go reaching for sweet snacks normally I would reach for something savory. I need to go get a sweet snack now. The Dr Pepper Cream Soda is one of my mother and I favorite drink. It's hard to keep in stock I have seen number of people who love it will buy several bottles of it.
