This voice I been hearing my whole life is my higher self I thought I was nuts I always talk to it or I ❤ let go of all the bad thoughts from my ego since I’ve silenced ego life changed but now I observed ego I ask ego questions why do I need to be upset or why do I need to feel fear I sit with it as I send ego love reminding it that the no fear just love ❤️ I’m not sure is this how I deal with ego or let it just be 🧘♀️✨

Spirituality 101 defined in Vedic system: Desires are stored in Pranic (breath) body (is subtle/spiritual body which is directly under the physical body). When the desire changes the breathing changes. Lustful desire gives different breathing pattern than desire fulfilled when we see our child. When we are afraid, breathing changes. We all come to this planet with some agenda. That agenda creates our desires. As long as they are our own desires, the Pranic body is not contaminated. If we stores others/borrowed desires, the pranic body gets conflict and contamination. Desire management is very important. Write down all the your desires without editing (without feeling low about self) and see which desires are contradicting each other. Example: Desire#1: I want to be in Washing DC on the 10th of November 2023. Desire# 2: I want to be in Philadelphia on the same date. These two desire are contradicting each other. We therefore should weigh which one is more important to us. Keep that and delete the other one...... Pure desires give us energy to take action. Example: If I am feeling sleepy and my childhood friend calls me to meet her at the square, that desire is so strong that I forget about my sleep and jump out to see her. .... Example of borrowed desire: I want to be an Engineer (pure desire, coming from the soul) but my mother wants to be a doctor (borrowed desire coming from the mother).
I get a big fat F in existence. After this I realize I have no chance at all knowing the awaken could will take years and years and I can’t even see days It’s what ever. Thank you as always. I will call the call repo man and tell them I’m liberated 🤷♀️😂🙏🏻💩

Thanks Shaun, you did awesome! 💐🏆🎉 I was wondering if RJ was the incarnation of any ascended master females to balance out his divine feminine and masculine aspects ancestrally?
And also how his ideas might work or not with narcissistic types who have little to no ego and have replaced their true self with a low vibe false self.
Narcissism is on the increase today in society, compassion it's cure. Narcissists have replaced their ego with false, flaky, delusional narratives they keep revising to their advantage and as far as I know have no connection to God sourced energies, as they're stuck in the lower 3 chakras unable to get to or past their heart chakra. They'd need to both rise up through the heart chakra then down and up again before completion to achieve awakening. How would we know who's who or not?
Just food for thought in case we're flooded with a ton of spiritually bypassed narcs and toxic types in the next decade or so. Thanks for sharing, subbed and looking forward to more inspiring content. 🔔✅ 💖🤗✌️

Self talk...criticism usually comes from childhood... ages 0 - 7... what are parents, family/siblings, friends, teachers.... put in our heads, all their beliefs, rules, and criticism of the 0 -7 yo child.
RJ... many Eastern teachings denounce our ego being helpful, & blame our ego ongoingly. And from a Higher Perspective.. I aways Knew from a child on.. my ego would naturally update, & change to match my most current Level of Self-Awareness Actualized. Our ego is our STORY (learned, & conditioned programming/personality) and we ALL Change constantly. Nothing in the entire U-N-I-Verse remains exactly the same.
Jesus also referred to his physical (ego) Self being aligned as 'ONE' WHOLENESS with/as SOURCE/GOD (or whatever name assigned).
We would not be having this conversation if I was not communicating Now with my physical learned SELF... related to my texting, with my response NOW. And what we label ego.. is our learned skills that allows us to communicate, etc...
It is absurd to not believe our Ego cannot Evolve, & Update ongoingly. Especially knowing everything Imagined is Possible, & already Exists. I Love my Ego... it brought me to my current State of Self-Realization.

Sigh… as you claim that you knew as a child…that ‘your ego’ would update. What’s evolving if you already knew? Look deeper into this. Your identification with a STORY by claiming ownership to it is why you are confused and seeking debate. You don’t own an ego either. It owns you, Sigh, until it has been rendered a passive occupant/aspect of the incarnation. Your conceptualized interpretation of Christ’s words do not capture the tangible truth of his message. The only thing that is absurd, from my perspective are the multiple claims of ownership you make throughout your comment. Without the illusion of ownership (what you think you own actually owns you) your message and its author would be seen clearly 🕉️ 🧙♂️

I don’t understand the title of this video. No such thing as being too late. There is always right now.
If we came to this 3rd vibration intentionally, in order to have the experience, why do we or should we even try to raise our vibration? Then we wouldn't be having the experience we came here for anymore. Or, is the experience we came for actually to try to find our real selves from the place of unknowing? In other words, to raise our vibration back up to that of our real selves (soul)?
