In this episode we talk about TikTok, and the effect that it's had on music, as well as some of the challenges of creating art vs creating content. We also review our "biscuit of the day", shared some things in the Christian creative world that we love, and brought a lot of British banter in between.

Not sure if Jonathan reads these comments, but I just wanted to say thank you so much for your music and your work in general. It's a breath of fresh air for me to find a believer as talented as you are, and your work helps me stay focused on Jesus.
I love how Jonathan ties in spiritual lessons to tea boxes and biscuits. 😂 Honestly, though: it's so fun to discover deep meanings with the Lord in little everyday things.😊😊😊
My roommate and I loved this green tea so much from a restaurant that we decided to buy it. It was called “Prince of peace” green tea haha it was actually a Christian brand too lol we knew it was sanctified tea 🤣🤣

I don't like the way Tik Tok has made lesser known songs either more overplayed or mainstream, however I've found some really good songs on that app so it's a double edged sword

I do not wish to be a nitpicker, but I am continually amazed how podcasters skip monitoring the audio they make, and end up having distorted sound (Philip here), or a selection of mic stand & table thumps and other nice noises...
