Part 1:- La Bateria de Castillitos, (the guns), Cartagena, Murcia, Spain. 13.04.2024.

Up in the mountains between Mazarron and Cartagena are The Guns, set in beautiful scenery overlooking the sea as well as the guns there is a fort and military ruins to see, the drive up the mountains is lovely too although the road is not well maintained with large potholes and you have to pull over to let other cars pass. The car park and the guns are free to walk around.
