It's so tempting to go to Korea just to try some of these restaraunts where you can order just a giant pile of meat and dipping sauce and then guy a plate of leaves to make it look healthy. Like if you only see green going in then it is healthy 👍😇

Dongdemun is that famous food and shopping belt. Is the bean sprout soup provided on the house to cool the burning mouth? I love pig trotters but oh don't think I can handle the spicy challange 😄. Surprised it's not eaten with rice since it's super spicy. Soju is very expensive here at SGD 16 / KRW 13711 for a 360 ml bottle 😕.
Yes, usually most Jokbal restaurants serve bean sprout soup to cool the burning mouth but weirdly this place's one was not. It doesn't look spicy but because of chili pepper, I felt spicy taste more and more. But I couldn't stop eating it because it was so yummy. 😂😂😋
My daughter cannot take too spicy food but I love it. Can we order 1/2 portion spicy and 1/2 portion non spicy? Only 3 of us so prefer not to order so big portion. Will going to Seoul next week so appreciate your reply. Thank you so much. It really looks so delicious and I am drooling now haha

I can say it's quite spicy, but it is certainly worth a try!
If you don't eat spicy food well, eat this jokbal with a drink called "Cool Peace"
It will get rid of the spicy taste for you :D

I'm not fan of pork. Mostly because of the fat. I don't like the texture and chewiness. But because this is spicy, I think I might be willing to give it a try! I'm going to save this restaurant for when I visit Korea :)
If you are big fan of spicy food, this restaurant could be the first place to visit in Korea :D
This spicy jokbal is barbecue made of boiled pork so, not much fat in there :D
