    I need to learn how to ‘breathe’ with combinations i.e. swing, snatch and rack and squat which I do and seem to be all over the place with breathing - nearly passed out from too much inhalation and expiration on the combination. Thank you for this video.

    Wow. I tried the third “hybrid” breathing technique - it was great. It felt natural and unlocked more power - especially in the later sets of 10 one arm swings. Thanks a lot.
