Excellent tutorial. I found myself basically holding my breath on the flexion instead of exhaling or partially exhaling. Thanks!
thank you for the tips to reduce Fatigue.
Excellent explanation and showing in action, I have just understood it for the first time, that breathing technique.
Cool breathing technique. I could see that being applicable to other workout situations.
This explains questions I had. Thank you
Great technique and insights
I need to learn how to ‘breathe’ with combinations i.e. swing, snatch and rack and squat which I do and seem to be all over the place with breathing - nearly passed out from too much inhalation and expiration on the combination. Thank you for this video.
Great info!
Thanx...✨✨✨
detailed and precise
thank you!
Wow. I tried the third “hybrid” breathing technique - it was great. It felt natural and unlocked more power - especially in the later sets of 10 one arm swings. Thanks a lot.
Oh yeah well done. Good description mike.
Thank you very much Joe!
Agreed - Mike's the man! Keep up the great work, super informative on the level of being perfected down to a science :)
I wish there was a playlist of all kettlebell videos with Mike.
