both Matt and Michael are worth a listen, and both never afraid to point the finger or infact give it two fingers.
That is the best closing comments i've heard in ages...
Previous sound bites have made him appear arrogant but here he comes across as level headed and willing to listen.
Given that he's about the only person in Europe who knows how to run an airline, I'd listen to him ranting on about any subject where he knows more than Mr Average.
