the balloon popped. the razor went flying into my chest.
😂😂😂😂

Thats what she said
At least you don't have to worry about the hair growing back
A nice cut on the first try is like a badge of honour. Really easy to underestimate the "apply very little pressure" statement.
Thanks for watching
Great video. One thing I have learned In the last week of shaving with this product (just got it last Thursday) is I’m slooooow. My beard isn’t all that thick and my skin is 50 years old. One good trick I learned is heat one side of your face and shave it then heat the other side of your face and shave it. I’m sure I’ll get faster but for now I’m taking my time and by the time I get to the other side the skin is cold. Cold vs hot skin is a game changer you don’t want. This along with this dudes videos make my beard look pretty sharp. Thanks for the great videos.
I go to the barbershop and he is like master . I feel he uses the sharpness of the blade to do the job very little pressure and he never cuts my skin , it is a talent that some people do have more than the others.
You gotta remember barbers do this as a job. Doing it so many times to other people (and probably themselves) they would have to be a master at it.
Very detail and appreciated, my guy. I hope my new instructor is as good at explaining. Barber 4L
Great video and very informative. I’ll be using these tips with my new straight razor 👍🏽
Another great tutorial like the earlier video 'How To Shave Your Face With A Straight Razor In Detail' about things you need to know that others don't talk about when using a straight razor
Thanks for the tutorial. I just ordered my first striaght razor. Hopefully I don't bleed out. LOL
Thanks for the video I really needed it
This is very informative!
Glad you think so!
I barely started with the safety razor. Same angle, and skin tug. Obviously different grip. Cut myself something fierce multiple times on the second time i used it, and almost threw in the towel. I hope to get to a straight edge one day, but i wanna master the SR first. Good video tips, only hot water dries the skin and robs our natural skin oils, warm water seems better for me.
I got me a couple of nice straight razors, some pre shave oils, some shave creams, some shave soaps and some aftershave products and tried using a straight razor for the first time today and I definitely realized that there is a very clear learning curve to be tackled with this type of shaving. The process of how straight razor shaving is successfully accomplished seems very straightforward and like a very simple, common sense process to me... but even so, it is not something that I think most people will get right on the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd try and I definitely did quite a poor job on this, my first try. I can see that getting to a point where you can perform the entire process correctly, that being the angle, the grip, the amount of pressure and all the other more subtle nuisances and doing them comfortably and confidently will take a little practice... at least I didn't cut myself... this time 😶🌫️
Wow! Really a lot involved. Do you have a video on using a strop? Is that the correct word?
It doesn’t matter what I do that shit hurts when I do it myself 😂 I give it up that shit terrifying
GREAT VIDEO THANK YOU FOR SHARING BRO,
Thanks for watching!

Great video. I’m a little nervous never used a straight I shave off my facial hair. I need to watch this a few times before I shave with the straight razor.
Takes time to learn
💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾Thanks chief!!!
No problem!
Great video
When you stretch the skin, the hair stands up, do you shave against the hair with razor going in the direction of your thumb?
A lot of these tips are useful for a safety razor also.
Definitely!

Good demonstration on how to use a straight razor.💯👍💯 Would you recommend a steamer over a hot towl, when it come s to shaving with the razor?
The steamer work very well to! Thanks for watching.
@@ezbladeshavingproducts Ok cool thanks.
Thanks!!
Great video! Wish that honing a blade was as easy to learn as shaving oneself-John in Texas
Check out OUTDOORS55. It's more about knives but the principles are the same.

30 degree angle off of the face itself ?
It’s the first thing I used to shave. It went well other than a little nick
I have some questions??? Pls answer me
I use shavette straight razor, and I always maintain my extended goatee. But I have seen many times that many people who prefer clean shave, they shave for 2 times like first they shave and wash their face and again shave their beard even though they have already become cleanly shaven after the first shave...is it necessary to shave for two times or one-time shaving is enough for a clean shave?
another question is I use to shave 2 days a week to maintain my goatee, but I have seen that my razor blade does not cut properly when I use that blade after 2 days using even though I take proper care of the razor blade....does the razor blade become blunt after using 2 days of shaving or I can use it more than 2 days? because I have read on the internet that a razor blade can give you at least 5 to 7 shaves.
Sure. So some people shave twice once going with the grain. The other against the grain. That’s the reasons for the 2 shaves. As for using the blade 2 times that fine. If you where shaving someone you would have to change it. But your shaving yourself. As long as the blade is not pulling your good to go.
@@ezbladeshavingproducts thanks ☺
thanks Mr Daniel Ricciardo
Thanks
I just practiced this on my forearms
Great idea!
Bro can u plssssss get a video on how to use fibers and color fiber for line up’s plsssss bro I need it more then ever
Definitely
What about the rough areas like the adams apple and also how to do the chin because it seems like that would be really hard to keep a 30 degree angle.
Also does your shop deliver to non us countries because I live in Belgium.
You want to go slower and light handed in those areas. We ship world wide thanks!
How long does it take to get a fast shave, 33 minuets for the beginner?
Maybe 10 mins if your just starting take your time

i personally think straight razor is not a good option when using on oneself becoz of risks involved ,i did buy 15 years ago and tried my underarms and pubs after i felt i cant use on face and i feel it is best in barbers hand secondly it is best and nothing beats due to it but u cannot use on underarms and pubs and i think t shaped r good but their design prevents to cut easily maybe they have shield in front of them unlike straight razor .if this t shaped r made with a design of straight razor to place half blades like its done in straight razor then it will be very best .i hope u understood my point.
Fun fact: I genuinely don’t care if I cut but my gf does. When I’ve used it for the first time I didn’t cut myself and the second time i did lol.
Fun fact: no1 gives af

Another great tip is to limit the strokes per area to avoid razor burn.
How many times did he used the word « shave » ?
Wish me luck.
Second nice video bro
Thanks for tuning in!
Ye bro ur videos really help
nice you got second
I'm not going to bother with balloons, wish me luck. I ordered my first ever straight edge a few minutes ago. This is going to be an experience
Hahaha I'm in the same boat now, hope it went well
@@nuuwnhuusyo how did it go? Just ordered mine
Dave passed away while shaving. 😦
Haha first time I used one of these things I cut myself. I was getting a way closer shave with disposable razors (but was sick of buying new ones all the time).
Can these things get a completely smooth shave or not?
Also I found the blade kinda big cus I don't shave all the hair off, I like to shape it and yeah... the blade size makes that difficult.
Id rather do it on my own leg cuz the balloon thing didn’t work for me. I cut myself a good 5 times yesterday but it makes you weary of how to hold it correctly and the amount of pressure that’s being applied
I am a nurse so handling sharp scalpels and tools and being able to use pressure properly is a breeze. I am not going into this cocky however my sisters are getting a laugh lol "Sweetie you need a Gay edge razor..You cant use straight" LOL beeeoches
Thanks for you tips! here goes nothing :D
Never go sideways, just straight up and down only
What about shaving soap?
Sometimes you have to go sideways if you want a clean shave. it all depends on the way the hair is growing
I think they mean don't make slicing motions with the blade. This is true for any razor. I've used regular razors and cut myself because I went sideways and sliced.
I did it first try without balloon, did it on my own face didn’t even cut myself
30 DEGREE but from where from up or down??
Ether way!
Shave oil? Oily fingers can’t stretch slippery skin and they drop razors. Skip the oil.
I wouldn’t say that. You apply shave gel in the area in need of the shave. Wipe you hand with a towel. Stretch the skin on the non facial hair area. Thanks for watching
damn people really think these are dangerous? i just bought my first straight razor put a blade in and raw dogged the shave and it was the closest shave i have ever gotten, no cuts
Yea I chopped my face up the first time
Sorry to hear that
I got 5 cuts today on my first shave... Any trick to heal them or do better next time??
I tried today and cut my face 💯
this all makes sense until you wanna shave the left side while you are right handed. Plus don't get me started on the neck lines 😏
I cut my skin off.will the hair grow back?thank you
Less talk more shaving
🙏 Ok Carl Carlson anything you say.
more shaving less talking means we dont learn
