Yeah tbh now that I think about it Ken in sf6 is sort of fulfilling the role that Akuma usually has on the SF roster. Should be interesting.

@@BeanyBoi06 Well I just meant in terms of Akuma typically being the rushdown and mixup/vortex shoto. Characters like Ken and Ryu are traditionally a little more footsies based although in SF5 they started to make Ken a little more rushdown than he’s ever been (they pushed the envelope for him even more with that here in SF6. Normally Akuma is a “glass cannon” but in sf6 nobody is glass since all chars have the same amount of health versus prior games where health was character specific. But yeah I just meant that Ken has all this damage, all these mixups and has the ability to make you play guessing games which is usually Akuma’s gig in the series.
@@BeanyBoi06 basically Ken is a monster in this one. He’s usually midrange to rush down i believe hence he has a command dash even in 5, but now he has so many tools that he can easily close the gap and just obliterate someone in the corner. A lot of his gameplay and moves are mix up heavy. So you’re always guessing on defense. I don’t even think he has any bad match ups since he has an answer for damn near everything.

I’m playing Ken and Ryu as Mains and using almost everybody else (game is that good) just to learn and improve I’m just waiting for Akuma..If Ken is this good imagine The Satsui No Hado Messatsu that is coming our way 👍

Online ranked is about 75% Kens. Its getting really repetitive. I wish they would balance characters better.
In platinum it's almost exclusively Manon, Juri, and Cammy
@@Nuke-China I admitting am not too good. Im in gold and I see so many Keens it starts to become boring. I prob have a 55% winning % against him but still its just repetitive.
@@dabrab6324 If you see them use heavy dragonlash all the time, you should be able to parry it or drive impact and get a full combo.

when i was looking through my replays some of my matches were on different stages, idk how i changed it so i hope it’s an option to make replays cooler
