Whenever I'd look for a recipe of pork or chicken here in CZcams, I always ended up doing Kuya Fern's recipes..so easy to cook, ingredients are very easy..makikita lang sa kitchen usually..and the best part of it, Super sarap talaga! Less than 4 minutes tapos na ang pagluluto mo kuya KFC. Sana ganito kabilis din ako magluto. Seriously, maraming salamat KFC sa mga videos mo lalung lalo na yong mga fatty foods dahil perfect sa LCHF diet ko.

When the pork is cooking after the water has been poured into the wok, do you completely cover or only slightly to allow the water to reduce?
I completely cover it until meat is soft and tender.. Reduction can be done later after the meat is properly cooked 😉😊

Anyone know the total cook time? I have difficulty standing for long periods due to having my right leg amputated 3 months ago after a car crash. This recipe looks pretty damn delicious though....
Really depends on the quality of the meat and the size of cut.. But in general, I slow cook this on low flame setring for about 45min.-1 hour staring from the moment it boils after adding the water.. But one could use pressure cooker for this to reduce cooking time to 15min-20min.. 😉😊 You can do this.. It's really worth a try.. Hope you enjoy.. 😉😊
