Obviously CPA exam has been a pain in my ass, but that won't bother me anylonger i have gotten my license already thanks to you Mr James God bless you more cuz you made it possible for me.
CPA exam is really difficult and frustrating, i can't believe i failed again after studying so hard
You will pass everyone has their own season, just keep going pray and believe you will receive yours Mr James like everyone has been saying he can be off help
Am sorry for that some people also passed through the difficulties just be patient and keep studying
I'm really sorry about that but i got used to it until i succeeded, i failed 6 times before i finally passed, it would have been 6 but Mr James saved me from failing again,
i saw someone say he is not trustworthy i couldn't stop laughing, really people say a lot of shit these days
Is there an update on the MRA between ACCA and Canadian CPA? And what about MRA between US CPA and Canadian CPA?
A qualified CA, complete ACCA using 9 exemptions, and got ACCA membership, having School of open learning Delhi University Graduation degree is eligble for MRA Canada for completing CPA Canada ? ,

And filter the comments to newest first... Check the comment from "SAS"... We had a chat wherein SAS also confirmed that it is eligible... I suppose for any other queries you can ask.. SAS gives quick responses

@@NidhiNagori29 Big time!! I am at my last 2 papers of ACCA, hoping that the MRA gets renewed so that once I get my PR by June and in a position to apply for my CPA. Any insight on if these MRA renewals are a regular thing or can be called off?

Hello mam. I have done MBA Finance from Delhi University with 3 years work-ex. I am planning to move to Canada via Express Entry. Since, I won't be getting any exemptions, I have dropped the plan of CPA Canada. Please suggest anything short term (course/diploma etc) to get a decent survival job in Canada. I have no constraint as such of doing something in finance only, tbh.

I am member of both bodies, ACCA and CPA Canada (under MRA) but not successful in Canadian immigration. Little frustrated of paying annual subscription of ACCA/CPA. Is it worth to be good standing members of both bodies. Is visitor visa to work permit is a right solution, if finance can be managed.

I have a doubt that you are saying acca can be converted to cpa canada but I read somewhere that it was possible earlier but it is not possible.
Hello Nidhi, Thanks for sharing info regarding MRA. I have doubt regarding reference which is required to submit for applying CPA. It’s mentioned in CPA website that reference from CPA member is required but I don’t have reference from CPA member. In this case will CPA accept reference from CA/ACCA member ? TIA

Yaar jaldi karliya tum ne CA. Well I am also a chartered Accountant and CPA Australia and CIMA and ACCA qualified. Well I also qualified my CA in my first attempt in 6 years and you passed your CA in 4 years but I am from Pakistan
MRA has expired already
So now what options we are left with??

As WES recognize CA equivalent to bachelor which reduces the chances for PR.

Miss, out of Canada if we apply for cpa Canada? did we apply? It is not mandatory to hold Canada ID card or Canada work permit etc.?
Hi Nidhi , one major point that you have forgotten to mention is that it is mandatory for the applicant to be residing in Canada or should have submitted an application for immigration to prove intention to migrate to Canada. Without this the application is rejected as it happened in my case .
I applied for the MRA from Dubai as an ACCA member having fulfilled all their eligibilty criteria , but unfortunately I have no document that can prove my intention to migrate not that i am not willing to migrate . And so having spent approximately 3000 CAD in total I feel really gutted . Applicants should be aware that this MRA is only applicable if you are in Canada or you have documentation that you will be migrating soon .
