Hello Nidhi Ma'am, Could you make a video or series of video on career as an internal auditor with respect to Canadian market ? Who else is better than you who is an expert on this particular field. Thank you in advance.
Loved the crisp video and Bhavneet mam's journey sounds awesome. I am also exploring the canadian CPA option soon. I completed my BBA in 2019 and completed my ACCA this year. Is it advisable to work before doing CPA or can I enroll right away without work experience? As an international student, do I also have to go through Prep, PEP, core1/2, capstone modules, CFE or do they consider ACCA for any exemption?
Hi I am not much sure about ACCA & CPA process. You can enroll into CPA even if you havent found work. Work experience is required for the 30 months practical experience portion only.
It's so amazing I was Just looking for this, request you to make some videos for semi qualified CA+bachelor's from India, what job and further courses one can pursue in Canada or USA. Thanks
Sure will do. Thanks
Great video . Great content.
Thank you 🙏
Hi, please provide some knowledge for the students who did bachelor in commerce from india and now want to do CPA in canada.
Hi Nidhi ,
Please let me know which holds better value in Canada, CPA (USA) or ACCA ?
Also which one would qualify for claiming exemptions in CPA Canada ?
Very helpful video!
Thank you 🙏
Thanks for the advise. Please make a video on how to get study visa for CPA study
From where you have done post baccalaureate diploma in accounting?
Hi Nidhi, thanks a lot for taking an initiative to make informative video on this topic and giving such a helpful information to the people all around the world!
And of-course you look beautiful and highly professional at the same time. Thanks to the speaker as she explained everything in a structured way.
So Nidhi I am a mom of two and already pursuing CFA(Level2) and completed FRM and by profession govt banker in India. We are thinking to re -locate to Canada in near future. As she mentioned that CPA Canada can only be done while staying Canada. In this case US CPA could easily be done after completion of initial assessment by them. For person like me who can not re locate and study there, it would be much more beneficial to complete all CPA US exams before moving to Canada.
I would really appreciate your opinion on this.
Thanks!
Kanchan
Thanks Kanchan. I agree. If you are unable to do CPA Canada, consider doing CPA US. You can always do CPA Canada later. What I’ll suggest further is looking up courses like CFE/ FRM that can be done from India. They’ll work better for Banking.
Nidhi Nagori thanks dear for your prompt reply!
I am already a certified FRM. As you mentioned, after completion of US CPA exam, is there further need to do Canada CPA?
Or there is some kind of supplemental course available to certify you as Canada CPA or US CPA will also work in Canada? As I am about to file application therefore curious to know about it.
Thanks for your valuable time.
Is Indian CMA (cost and management Accountant) is valid in Canada?
Is there any english language Proficiency requirements for doing prep courses through cpa institute for international students?
Hey Nidhi, it was indeed a very informative video.. I am a Bcom, MBA finance grad from India.. My question is, do I qualify to directly start with CPA PEP or should I start it from scratch with PREP?

Mam , i came to know there is memorandun between US CPA & canadian CPA . So if we pass US CPA then we can get canadian CPA degree through MOU by giving 1 or 2 paper .
Plz clarify me.
Hey mam for CPA Canada is there is separate visa like or I have to take any post graduate course in Canada and along with that CPA
Very useful and awaited content. Thank you so much to both of you. How experience requirement is fulfilled for CPA Canada ? Do they recognize before/during/after exams working experience or one has to work as an article for 3 years ?
Full time work experience is considered.
If you have experience before you start your PEP, that can get recognized to a maximum of 12 months only. A total of 30 months is required.

You will need to apply for transcript assessment at your provincial insitute. For Western Canada, this is the link: www.cpawsb.ca/students-and-candidates/transcript-assessment

Hi Nidhi,

Hello I have the same question
Can you help me?
I’m a little confused on the eligibility of MOU. Like if I’m experienced for less than 2 years, do i have to do CPA canada from scratch ? Or i have to give just the CFE and once i’m done with 2 years experience, i can become a member of CPA canada ?
MoU meaning are you a CA?
Yes, with an experience of 1.5 years, and moving to canada for MBA
After bcom from India... it takes how many years to complete CPA canada from Canada
5 years
If I cleared CA IPCC then
Canada cpa fees
Please guide about CISA and CPA Australia.
Both will be out on the channel soon
@@NidhiNagori29 is there CA articleship consider for CISA 5 year work experience .
After 12 th can we do CANADA CPA?
You need Bachelors Degree for it!
Hey Nidhi,
Could uh please tell me eligibility criteria for CPA Canada? Currently I'm pursuing mcom and also have completed my BCom and CA- IPCC both groups but I want to settle in Canada after marriage. am I eligible for taking this CPA exam?
Are you moving on a PR?
@@NidhiNagori29 Yes
Then you can move and write it. If you get your CA, you can go through MoU and write the final exam. Else, you need to do what Bhavneet did
@@NidhiNagori29 don't want to do CA directly want to take CPA if I am eligible
Unfortunately, the MoU is with CA. You’ll have to do the entire CPA
Hello Ms. Nagori..Thank you for this video. I am a CS from India and this video is very helpful to me. Can you please provide me contact details of this person in video, actually her linkedin profile is not available.
My linkedin profile name is Bhavneet Toor. Email is bhavneet.toor@yahoo.com
There are lots of video on qualified CAs but no video on semi qualified (CA finalist) who had quit CA.
Can you please make a video on better job opportunities for them.
Also introduce us some unqulaified but had become succesful people.
Also share us what else they can you do to build up stronger resume..
Thank you 😊
The resume building webinar is up for you to check.
For semi qualified- I have not received positive responses from the ones I approached, to share their journey. It’s not like I’m not trying 😊
In Canada, you need a certification. Unfortunately, there is no thing as semi-qualified here.
@@NidhiNagori29 Thank you for your time ⌚. Looking forward to learn a lot from you..
@@NidhiNagori29 one more question 🙋, I heard a lot about CIMA and ACCA and even there passing percentage is a lot better in comparison to CA.
Can you please help me with it.
Thank you🙏🙏🤗🤗
