This model is our premium model with 120L or 60kg fresh trim bowl capacity. It has heavy duty Stainless Steel fully seam welded body construction. This machine is fitted with 4kW helical gear boxes which produce 98% motor operation efficiency versus 75% efficiency of worm drive gearboxes. Motors are 4 pole allowing the machine to process tougher product through small hole plates than 2 pole alternatives. The mincing head is 42" or 130 mm diameter.
The 900 Premium Mixer Mincers have been known to work in some factories producing up to 15 tonne of sausage emulsion per week. Certainly well beyond their designed intention. The machine has dome lid which allows additional mixing capacity if necessary, also spring balanced so that it cannot fall down on anyone's hands/limbs. Mixing paddle is easily removable without the use of spanners for daily sanitation.
