- Minced product is discharged through a Gemini tube into a Thompson 5000 Mixer Mincer for 2nd cut mixing and mincing
- Minced product is discharged onto a conveyor belt and fed into a vacuum filler before being passed through a Thompson Portioner
- The product is discharged through the Thompson Portioner onto the conveyor into pre specified portions ready for packaging
