Beautiful!!! This is the very best one yet. 7 x 7 meters makes it a more practical living space. Love the kitchen and soaring ceiling! The kids bunk room is functional and the primary bedroom is easy to make the bed. The addition of outdoor living space makes this house even better. Plenty of windows for ventilation on those perfect weather days. I like this Rassel. This plan would work in Hawaii with the trade winds blowing thru all those windows and the outdoor living space.

@@rasselcatapang - Yes its tropical, but a little cooler than the Phillippines. Aircon is not needed on our side of the island due to the trade winds and cooler temperatures. That's why having excellent cross ventilation with windows is needed.
Beautiful! My favorite so far. Love the big porch. Only 2 things I would add, a dishwasher and a half bath down stairs. Having a half bath down stairs will keep visitors from going up the stairs.

Rassel nicely done. With the counter space in the bar seating for meals or just entertaining, also gives lots of room for doing laundry and food prep. Plenty of storage all around. Very impressive!!😉👍🏻👍🏻

Agreed! I also think the bar is a nice idea because it enables whoever is preparing a meal or a snack to interact with the person at the bar without forcing that person to turn around all the time. I can also easily envisage kids sitting at the bar doing their homework.

Great floor plans. It is considered bad Feng Shui to have stairs that point out the front door. When a stair is directly opposite, in line with, and facing the front door, it creates a challenging feng shui layout because it allows energy to flow quickly and directly in and out the front door, which can indicate diminished resources or finances. In general, a staircase also generally represents ups and downs, which can be quite disruptive. Best Direction: South-facing and East-facing.
This is the best tiny house design I have seen so far, very tastefully done; just beautiful! Very well done Rassel!

Wow, another beauty. Such a lovely place. It just goes to show how good design can be so impactful. I love this one. I do hope these are being built somewhere. I would love to know what the building cost estimates would be for this one. I can see many of these alleviating some of the housing crisis we have here in my country.

Very nice. I like how everything that's needed in a home is made to fit nicely. I've collected and like a lot of ideas that go into mini homes and even converted mobil types as well. I'd love to see some Asian styles, if there are any.

Wow, my first thought when I saw this was, "Holy moly, it's a palace!" Then, "Wow, just wow, it's gorgeous!"
Just one suggestion. I think it would be better to place the bathroom between the two bedrooms just for the sake of privacy and to prevent noise from spilling over from one bedroom to the other.
Anyway, as anyone who is familiar with your work would have expected, this place is amazing - well done!
Thank you so much! I placed the bathroom as close to the stairs as possible so that guests won't have to pass by any of the 2 bedrooms when going to the bathroom for the residents' privacy. ❤️
@@rasselcatapang - funny, I guessed that might be the reason for placing it there. I guess that maybe it depends on the family that lives there. If they have lots of guests, that makes a lot of sense. If not, then a different arrangement might be possible. Si many variables you have to take into consideration!!! What a fascinating profession you have!

Uy, grabe siya...I really like this design. Tama lahat ng kung saan dapat nakalagay ang tubig, cr kitchen, sink and even the TV so that people who will live in this house will be loyal and faithful to each other. Hopefully lang sa labas ng bahay sa kaliwa pa rin and lahat ng body of water and no water at the back of the house instead is by the left side. This is already tried and tested. Thanks Architect Rassel. Love it❤ Will save this video of yours. Who knows, one day we'll meet in person.

The original thumbnail already promised to unveil some incredibly gorgeous living space!! Here I go with my analysis as you can expect ;)
My favourite.... the open space as you walk in... it is gorgeously presented open plan, makes it look so much bigger, cleaner, prettier, spacious... wow factor for me. The neutrals, shapes, so eclectic and gorgeously open arms welcome into a cozy and heartwarming space....It is all so graciously kind to the eyes too!! How do you do that Rassel?!
Loads of curves throughout the house, from the embracing armchairs in the sitting room to the dining chairs ... all looks like you are being carried and hugged at the same time, it gives that homely feel to it. The pendant lights falling from the ceiling are so beautiful and light, the right colours too...love the white entrance door blending with the crispiness of the white walls... makes it visually bigger too!! The wooden beams in the ceiling add so much warmth and character ... love it!
The angle at which you set the stairs as well as the width... it makes it inviting and you just flawlessly lead the way to the upstairs!! I noticed that you have implemented oak wood, it is a very scandish vibe that brings that natural nature feel indoors... great touch.
You know i am a sucker for natural light and clean airy feel which are some of your very own too... The bedrooms are just that, inviting and resting places, the shower room and toilet keep the same flair and I love the mirror in an edgy shape, hahaha it adds that edgy element to keep us on our toes ;) Great views of the downstairs from the top!!
The patio area is so family and friends oriented... loved how you set space for socializing with a table and benches, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, boardgames or simply some chilling out time!! Beautiful

This one is beautiful, both inside and out, especially the kitchen--roomy and lots of counter space. There's only 3 things I'd change:
1) No TV against stairs, especially one that big. It looks bad and takes up so much space. Wouldn't people at the bar bump into it? The living area is lovely and spacious and doesn't require a TV.
2) Since this home has the space and amenities for entertaining (love that front porch) it would be nice to find a way to include a powder room/half bathroom on the main level.
3) The upstairs bathroom should be located closer to the master bedroom, and, ideally, between the 2 bedrooms.
