Hm, just: why not? I have a job for earning money and am doing music just for the love of it. And, a more pragmatic argument: When taking money for downloads etc you have to deal with taxes and such things and I don't want to waste time with that - I don't have much time for this hobby and so want to spend it creating, not filling out forms for tax office or something. Damn', in the end I'm probably just a romantic...
...and besides that: There's just a handful of people all over the world listening to my stuff and for sure not all of them would pay for it. I mean, how much money would I make out of selling my tracks? Perhaps I could buy me a coffee every month...🤑😋

If you had a "paywall" ? then I would never have heard your music and the major labels would be content with less competition. Thx for great music and for being open minded
