Hell yes bro best weapons, I would love to have the swords abilities with the spears upgrade abilities. If a smart person and not a smooth brain where to use them in the right way you can probably pull of the naval wave boss from the cal Mira arc, and it’s power

They don't really have their own power up method. The method of powering up the weapons are dependent on the weilder, as the weapons will be able to use the same powerup methods so long as the user believes it to work. They showed this near the end of season 1 in the anime.
Something this video just made me realize though, the heroes from other worlds don't have to worry about the restrictions of working together as L'arc and Therese aren't restricted in working together, or with Naofumi for that matter. Vice-versa with Naofumi and them.

No way to boost that? 3) Except for the Projectile Vassal Weapon, can the other Vassal weapons change form? Like an orange scythe, fan, or any of the others or do they only possess a base form and that's it?

So at the risk of sounding stupid, why can't the weapon absorb a different weapon? Like the shield hero puts a knife or a mace or a whip into the shield like he does plant, monster parts, etc.
You can put those in the weapons it's just they won't unlock those forms. Have you ever heard of a mace shield. But for the weapon forms I think there only unlocked by anything that counts as a material. Not weapons or apparel. That being said for weapon forms it has to more heavily focus on one form or the other. In the LN naofumi copies a gun shield, think steel shield with a flint lock going through it. Noafumi unlocked the ability to store a spell in the camber then fire it at a target, however it only works for his magic not someone else's.
So, spoiler, maybe? Naofumi was summoned, and the other 3 were reincarnated. I heard that the other 3 had a it way more tragic than Naofumi, but to me when he was summoned, his fate was way worst than death.

only person SMART use Sword is Ren from SAO universe (Kirito) or Levi
In the spin off it was shown that a nearly full powered hero ( had about 22 or 23 power up methods) could decimate a mountain with a single spell.
