Thanks for sharing. The quality is not very good though. The windows need screens to keep insects out. The lighting should be LED, the kitchen looks very basic, they could keep the display apartments clean. Seems like the build quality is not very good. Walls seem to already have significant west.

firth the buildings are good, but maintenance is zero, the prices too high for low-income earners in Cameroon. again, the neighborhood not safe at all and everything not regulated

Not true … the government never never said that it was built for people with low income… please take right information before telling such things… the government said that it is built to be sale at the normal price with no speculation… in a poor country the role of the government is not to give houses for free !!!! Ho will pay for that ???? The government is not a person !!!! It is all the population!!

@@mariekimbi thanks Mary … those people are not correct… the official rule for dispatching population in the state of Cameroon is to keep population with very low income in rural zones, and build basic commodities in all the rural zones… it is less expensive than build houses in urban area for very low income…. Each country have his demographic growth economic policy…
The quality of the house is low, and I can't bay and be shearing space with somebody, you no kid's will be their and the will problems all the times with the rest of the people in the apartment
