Why do Cameroonians always drive on two lanes . The construction of new road doesn't make provision of potential expansion due the growth of the demography.There should be a least w0 to 30m empty land between the road and houses ...Our so-called engineers need to think at least 50 years Head during Urban planning and run construction

Not true … the government never never said that it was built for people with low income… please take right information before telling such things… the government said that it is built to be sale at the normal price with no speculation… in a poor country the role of the government is not to give houses for free !!!! Ho will pay for that ???? The government is not a person !!!! It is all the population!!

@@mariekimbi thanks Mary … those people are not correct… the official rule for dispatching population in the state of Cameroon is to keep population with very low income in rural zones, and build basic commodities in all the rural zones… it is less expensive than build houses in urban area for very low income…. Each country have his demographic growth economic policy…

My only concern is the size of the residential road, very small. Town planner needs to think 50 years ahead with regards to road access to suburb because population will grow eventually and we will back to square one
