They were not super famous here yet but I bet everyone can see that they are gonna be huge , thanks to that evident oozing talent. But also I bet probably no one would have believe that it's gonna be that fast! 2 years and you are touring around the world?? Wow!! Rock and Roll!!

Dude, Sebastian was 19 years old here. He was born to be star. Few people can scream and sing like that at 19.. Glad he did make it. Imo, one of the very best heavy metal singers ever.
sebastian is a versatile artist ..... a real talent, crazy and I don't know another one will be born like this ....

Sebastian is by far one of the most amazing rock'n roll voices ever, one of the best vocalists of 80 and 90.

Couple cute notes. That skinny big hair singer totally drank me under the table one night in Toronto's Nag Head North. Cover band he sang with mayyybe Zepplin "The White". Zakk Wylde used to hang with a friend of mine who attended GIT in Los Angeles. My friend would mail his notes to us and Zakk would include a vial of The Best hash oil. 80s memories

Well . . . This was the day and performance that landed Sebastian Bach on Skid Row. Jon Bon Jovi's parents were there and they knew of an up-and-coming band named Skid Row that needed a vocalist. So they talked to their son, Jon Bon Jovi about Baz. Jon in turn talked to Rachel Bolan and the rest is history . . .
JBJ is the reason skid row every did anything. Him and Bolan had been friends since kids and they both made a promise to each about who’s band gets big first helps the other band out

This has got to be the best thing ive ever seen, when it come to rock and role history. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isnt this the wedding that basically got Bass the gig with Skid Row? Then when Debrow actually took the mic, he blew Sebastian away of that even possible. Debrow was an amazing power house as well. Great piece of history right here. And wasn't this taking place in Canada if I remember correctly.?

I had some friends come back from spending the summer of '87 in L.A with that same hair doo. I remember the younger brother saying "Everyone's going to have this hair style next year"...LMAO, never happened. Axl Rose is the only other person til now I ever seen with what that doo. Later that same day the older brother taught me the bass line to Eric Clapton's "Cocaine"....so that was cool.
He probably spent some time on the bride, too! 🤣

Wasn't really the guitar of choice for Hard rock at the time, one of the best electric guitar designs of all time, just not used that much in that genre (with a few noticeable exceptions of course: Izzy, Gilby(.
Love my Tele! So versatile. Very odd to see Zakk with one though. It's like seeing Slash with a Strat. Don't forget beloved Tele player John 5!

Yeah, I don't think I've ever seen Zakk play a single coil guitar before. Based on other comments it was the band's equipment they hijacked. I've been on both ends of that, so I understand when you have to make do with what you've got. Nothing like playing your guitar right after another dude just played it with his teeth...
@@kirkthomas1124 no doubt. I've only really gotten into Teles over the last few years. Ironically I've been repairing and serving guitars for about 15. I handled countless and played just about all to one degree or another. I'd always everyone say his versatile they are, but they also say it about a Strat. Now Strats are my go to and I consider myself a Strat guy more than anything else, but I've always recognized the the limit of it's usage. The bridge pickup is always the thing that limits it's use because of how thin they are.
But I watched a couple videos, one the guy was going over well known songs with uncommon time signatures for popular songs, one was Schism from tool and if I hadn't already known that uses a late 70s Silverburst Les Paul,I would have sworn he used that because the Tele the guy used sounded so close.
@@timwhite5562 My Tele is a '74 Thinline so it's got those fat, Les Paul-esque sounding humbuckers. I like the fact that the they also provide a pretty good twangy sound as well. Love my strats too. I bought a new one this year. It's an Elite with HSS pickup config, and that humbucker has opened up a whole new world of strat sounds for me, as I've only ever owned single coil strats.
