LOVED THIS! The ASMR vibe and relaxing background music really adds to the video. The end result looks great, too! Can't wait for the next vid
Glad you liked it!! 💛💛
Nice. I love the simplicity of your textured art. I will try this and maybe add some gold highlights on the textured area. Thanks for the inspiration 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks, just found your series and YT so have subscribed. Can I ask what you used to paint your piece in terms of the paint and also if you used brush etc?
i love your videos! perhaps you could do one talking about how you prep your canvases for textured art?
this is amazing, thank you so much!
You're so welcome! thank you so much for watching xx
Hey!! Did you paint the filler/plaster black after it had dried or did you add the colour to the starting material? And did the varnish change the final colour? Thanks :)
@allthingsgrace I'm interested in knowing this as well! Thank you and great video as always!
I added the paint afterwards but gave it a few coats! I feel mixing in the black paint could help to avoid so many layers and the varnish did give it a kind of dull finish but didn't exactly change the colour - hope this helps! :)
What sealant do u use over toilet paper textyred acrylic art?...anyone?
i was wondering about the problem you face around 2:13 which is varnish cannot be evenly distributed on uneven surface? 🤔 it grouped between the riffs right
is spray better maybe? I used some spray thou and it ts very thin, very slow and very long process, so Im kinda stuck :| becasue all the options are bad haha
did you stick with the paint varnish for textured art ?
varnish is so fiddly for me so I no longer varnish my textured pieces. Spraying sounds cool but cleaning the bottle must be such a hassle!
@@AllThingsGracehi! I love your video! Sounds like you don’t varnish anymore? Does it have any influence on your texture art? Is it more fragile during shipping etc? Do your buyers care? Sorry too many questions about varnishing lol
Please may you do a packaging tutorial for when/if you sell a piece
Most definitely!
Is that an actual art piece or you just did whatever on canvas to show us varnish 😮
Both! Initially it was just a piece for demonstration, but this piece has now been sold and is hanging in someone’s hallway 🤣
I’m confused by the title and the video ending with no explanation. Do you recommend it or not? Did you like the results with or without the varnish?
My opinion doesn't matter. It's subjective to what you think. Do you like the matte varnish look from the results in the video? if you love the look then go for it !
@@AllThingsGrace Your opinion does matter TO ME, that’s why I asked? Yes, I can use it myself to see the results, however, honest reviews are helpful before making a purchase. What did you mean by “too thick”?
