Lexus 470 / Toyota Landcruiser no start (fix)

Thank you....the relay was bad AND the 20amp fuse that works the relay. Switched both and all good now!

Ty Brother....Same exact problem. I trouble shooted my problem down to this box ...a collection of fuses and relays and this will def be one of the things I try.

Issues with my 99’.... ordered relay you mentioned on eBay ...$60, thank you for posting this video!!..... so new relay installed and no luck, still no engine light too. :(

Since this post is a few years old, did swapping out the EFI/ECD Relay solve the problem long term?

My 04 Lexus gx470 randomly wouldn’t start a few times but after a few hours it would start. Today, it died while the motor was running. I turned the key off and let it sit for 10 minutes, then it started again. Drove home and cut it off. Tried to start it again an hour later and it won’t start, the engine light is off (it was on before) and my code reader won’t work.
I ordered a new main relay but it won’t be here until tomorrow. Do you think it’s the relay or the computer?

Hi Brother I have 99 Landcruiser, i had this problem twice now, when i had this first time my mechanic did every think he check fuel tank. but could not figure out then its started it self. i traveled from NJ to Missouri and it was fine but yesterday after getting oil change from wall mart i came to parking lot and try to start but it crank but nothing happends, after watching your video i check engine light so there is no engine light i order the relay to see if its thats the case. is there anyway can i talk to you and explain the problem. let me know how can i contact you and get you opinion on it.

What if the car will not turn off
