If I were a case manufacturer I would build the fan housing and wiring into the case so that you can just plug fans into their sockets and they automatically get power and synchronise, and I would sell the case fans included with good fans.
Also I would build in streamlined airflow like F1 do with their cars so that the case automatically pulls air through aerodynamically and most efficiently.
Also I would build over every opening electromagnetic dust catching fine screens that attract and hold the dust on the outside of the case and when you turn off the PC the magnetism stops and the dust falls off. Maybe have the screen sturdy and pop on and off so you can easily knock any remaining dust off and pop it back on again.
Also I would have an exandable option so the case is actually two boxes, each missing one side facing the other box, and one box is slight smaller so it fits into the other box, and can be adjusted to how far in or out you want it, with some pegs / handheld screws to hold it in place. And you can either or both boxes transparent.
Also I would add in a graphics card support rod or grip, on a small rail line, that can be slid up to the card and locked in place so that if the case is dropped the card does not break off.
    Some other more fanciful ideas:
Build water cooling into the side of the case, i.e. the entire one side of the case is a double panel chamber that the water runs through. One or both sides of the chamber could be textured to act as a radiator.
Have the traditional back of the PC on the top of the PC with a neat cover so that if you want to swap cables etc you don't have to get behind the PC (often on the floor or difficult to reach on a desk) you can just take the top cover off. If you angle the slots on the board so that the cards are at 45 degrees, like car parking in a small area, the wires will plug into them at 45 degrees not 90, so the cover would not be that much higher.
Have a light that shines on the wire plugs so you can see what is what even in the dark under a desk. And clear white labels.

Notebooks are designed to use the power supply (charger) while in use and the battery is there if there is no mains power socket for the PSU (charger) e.g. train, bus, parks, some coffee shops. if you want your battery to have a long life span you need to always connect it to the PSU (charger) connected to mains power while using the notebook when a power point is available.

I don't remember seeing reviews for the old ASUS Matrix cards, but I can't imagine them performing nearly as well thermally as either an air-cooled or a full AIO card. The whole point of an AIO is to take the heat and dump it outside the case.
I also plan to buy a laptop before everything becomes AI, and at this rate, probably not even bothering to replace it if that's the way laptops are going, and I hope most consumers are on the same page. AI at this point is a money laundering front to steal content and information, more so than they already do, and offers absolutely 0 tangible benefits to the average consumer. On top of that, it wastes precious materials to make the hardware, it burns through water like a kettle, and consumes more energy than an entire town to do so.

has nothing to do with Centric at all but how they have price hiked, jerked gamers around since almost the 2xxx (gpu's) , especially the 3xxxx, then the 4xxx and now 5xxx im getting over it. Barely get prices where people can buy and its, " 4xxx rolling out in two months" yet " overstocked inventory on the 3xxx" then jumps from gpu to cpu and then drama with asus over/under clocks and then on and on and on. Literally the price of the top of the line Nvidia card, you could build a complete killer system. How many frames does someone need really. Im laughing watching some really really skilled gamers (non cheaters) still running 2080 ti's or a 3070ti with 10600k's , 10900k's, 12900k's playing just fine. Then i watch Aceu before he got his $7k system (had a 2080 ti build in his previous system) and i couldn't tell much difference in his gameplay. Pushing more and more and newer and newer. Use to be fun its not anymore. Sorry for the book im tired of hype hype hype whether its tech , stupid skins in games , etc.

That would be a good combination. AMD CPUs are considerably better for Blender and Houdini than Intel, dollar for dollar (also in running costs). On top of that, you might want to consider a Linux dual-boot system, since Linux also brings marked performance improvements over Windows. The Nvidia GPU is still the best choice to accompany the AMD CPU, too. However, this might be a bad time to buy considering the proximity of the RTX5000-series cards. You might be able to pick up good deals when those launch. And tbh, despite all the horror stories, I haven't had any bad experiences from buying secondhand cards from people looking to trade up; I just check people's ratings history and if they seem okay, go for it.

Replace it with a milled or embossed logo or leave it out completely and let the design speak for itself. Think of mid century chairs and hifi speakers, not squared disco balls. People who can still afford this increasingly expensive hobby prefer a B & O style case. Something easier to integrate into a living room. @@pluschy7886 4080S will def still be viable top end card until the 60 series, esp in 1440p. I'm sure Blackwell will be faster in general but if leaks are to be believed, the 5080 wont have a crazy performance boost over current 4080 in its specs. Esp with AMD already saying they wont try to compete at the top end next gen, there is no real drive for Nvidia to provide more. And the 5080 will still perform under the 4090. The full 4090 is banned from being exported to China atm by U.S. I doubt Nvidia would want both the 5080 and 5090 being banned from an entire market, so it makes sense the 5080 will be under specs to make it through embargo

Worst idea ever as rock not using USB a on that motherboard. That is not a change we need. Until other things fully go there. Our sim rigs are all USB b to USB a. So yeah not smart to much still being USB a to switch right now. Dumb dumb dumb dumb move.
Also I'm sry but after seeing the issue with the power cables the pcie cables etc. I love asus concept for the gpu haha. I want that mouse also lol.
Also all oled should be glossy. Matte should never go on oled it hurts it the color the contrast and more. Its not cool lol. I want that cooler master case.

No. No they are not lol. Many months still... Besides, since i no longer CUDA specific stuff like Stable Diffusion (bored with SD at this point) and with the next gen AMD cards seeming to finally have good RT/(maybe)PT performance i would love to switch to AMD since Nvidia is second only to Intel as far as companies i currently hate goes. Fk em at this point. They non-lube fkd all of us with their greedy and bat shit crazy memory scheme. Too bad i'm a RT/PT addict... i won't buy shit until specs/reviews are in tho. To each their own. Buy what you want and fk the haters. Peace =)

i can't believe people are still paying nvidia prices. i snagged a 4060 when it was on sale but it still was overpriced for the performance. should have just bought AMD or ARC. ARC drivers are so much better this year.
