I have a black car already can I just get the blue and the clear coat?then am a wet sand it then spray the blue over the black bass coat and the car

yes , if your car is already black you can paint the blue over the top providing the quality of the original paint is good with no chips scratches etc

no unfortunately, shipping is free in most cases when the order is over AUD$2,000 . if your purchasing one aerosol can then yes due to dangerous goods we get charged the large shipping fee

candy basecoats are not like candies . similar in appearance once painted but cobalt as a example requires a black base . spraying over silver will take more than 3 coats to cover and wont look this vibrant . sapphire blue candy looks great over smashed metal and similar to cobalt blue except more sparkle.
