You know. I'm 16 now. But when I was 8-10 maybe. I grew to love LOZ. This video for some reason enamored me back then and brings waves of nostalgia to me now. Probably the first ship I truly loved.

This was so sweet and well done! The art style is consistent with wind waker and is a joy to see! Although this video made me very sad, because the one thing Link never gets in the games is family.
This comment brought a tear to my eye, my friend. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 it would be nice to have a game where you play as link's son or as link but you're saving your children and wife from Ganondorf.

We actually never get to know that for sure. The games always end with Link stopping Gannon and saving the world. Maybe after that he settles down and maybe has a relationship with Zelda, we never know.

@DesertDragons13 There is one love story that I know of that shows the hero in happy matrimony. It's actually in a video game called Red Dead Redemption. Right after what you think is the end of the game, the story continues and you do story missions involving your family.

You know I saw another video with images like these and it just didn't give me the same feeling as this one. The story they tell is so touching and the music definitely takes it up a notch. Thank you for making this, it's always nice to know that one of your childhood heroes had a happy life after the adventure was over.

Yenno its wonderful to see link have a family and truly earn something after his long journey. The games never truly give link peace he always just goes away off to another adventure but to see people bring this to life him with a family makes it so much better.

@MrCrimsonLance Actually, if you get technical, there was no prophecy speaking of Link in The Wind Waker. He actually just got tangled up in the events when his sister was kidnapped.

Wont lie..Im a Huge Zelda fan and i really enjoyed this. It made me smile..It shows us what most Zelda fans want and thats ''What happened after he saved her'' And this gave us a glimpse of that what happened next moment..Just wish Nintendo would do something like this, Like maybe..make a small CGI movie of what happened to them afterwards. Or make it into a Graphic Novel. That way you can continue the story with him and his kids and do things that you cant do in the game.

I think that this would have been even better if the pictures were on a bit longer. I love the pony! Because the Zelda in ST is desccended from Tetra (I assume she is Tetra's Grandchild), Link and Tetra MUST have got together. I have no idea how Niko survived all this time though...
I thought tettra is the descendant of Zelda and link is just a kid who followed the footsteps of the hero of time.

This has to be the most important part of every love story. The sad part is that these are usually left out. The greatest happiness comes from life after marriage. (if you both do it right) I'd like to see stuff like this in a lot of other stories as well.
