Just wanted to ad to my earlier comment. These guys offer awesome after sales service. I’ve asked Dave a few, in my opinion, dumb questions, and he has been a great help. I’ve had this product installed for around 10 months in my TD42 Patrol, and can’t fault it. All sensors are of excellent quality, all readings are accurate (I’ve checked against workshop benchmarks) and the ability to read 10+ fields out of the box on one unobstructive screen is perfect. Best value for money mod I’ve I’ve installed on my Ute. Cheers👍👍
Thanks for dropping back in to leave that comment Andrew. Means a lot to us and have passed onto Dave.
We love seeing people do tests with our sensors compared to workshop sensors, makes us feel good that those customers know for sure how amazing these kits are and aren't just guessing from our word about accuracy. Not many do it, but we love it when customer do, as we know they truly see how amazing these little units are and for the money.
Lots of exciting stuff coming from JRP in 2023 & 2024, keep an eye out. :)
Video tutorials are the best 👍
excellent 👍 i’m gonna share this on my facebook.
Thanks Coalstang, your 12v Cummins Mustang is one of the more mental vehicles our 14in1 gauges have been installed into, appreciate it. 😉
Will this read air and fuel through obd2? Looking at getting one but want to retain as much as I can rather than running too many sensors.
Seems great but would be awesome if this could turn on thermo fans
Great video. Very helpful with setup. Really happy with the whole setup.
Should all setups have the time attack screen? As mine is just a straight line. Also, although I havnt got a water temp sensor installed, should I be able to see it as an option in screen setup? as I can’t see the option, but can see a few other options eg oil temp, which I also havnt installed yet.
Great product, cheers
Sounds like you might have the Pink Port setting in the gauge changed to Trans Temp instead of water temp, if pink port setting is changed to Trans, you won't see water show up. Time attack should show yes, I think maybe best to do a factory reset on the unit, page 61 of the manual, that should get everything back to default and water temp will be there along with time attack. ;)
Reach out to our support guys if you have any issues or questions, they will get you all sorted quickly.
@@JustRaceParts Gday guys. Thanks for ur reply. I’ll have a look on the weekend n see how I go. Like I said, I’m really happy with the product, worth every cent👍👍
how does this multy gauge see afr? with o2 wideband? or with calculation from other sensors?
You need to connect a wideband kit to the control unit. Like the Spartan 3 Lite wideband kits we also sell.
hey mate how does the odometer work off? currently dont have odometer working just seeing if this would help solve that problem
It works off having a compatible speed signal being sent to the gauge. If you don't have a speed signal source, you could install one of our HALL effect speed sensors, this will generate speed and in turn OD. We are working on bringing out a GPS speed module in the new year as well that can be hooked up to our systems for simpler install for speed. ;)
Can I get the system to read out in MPH, PSI, and F all at the same time?
Yes you can, page 23 & 24 of the manual explains how to do this. ;)
What would I have to do to make this compatible with an obd-1 vehicle?
Hey Vic Gon, See below 😉
www.flowcode.com/page/jrp-14in1-manual-support
Check out the 14in1 support page, there’s a large instruction manual, and helpful setup videos.
The screen and sensor base pack are a stand alone unit and don’t require OBDanything to operate, they work with Carbureted engines that have no ecu. Also we’ve even had customers install this system in boats, hovercraft, race tractors and aero-planes. If it has an engine, this system will work with it!
Can the name of the gauge reading be changed? example Boost changed to Vac (Vacuum)?
No sorry
Does this read fuel pressure ?
G'day @chrisasaurus!
Yes The JRP 14in1 Multi Gauge will read and display Fuel Pressure for Petrol Vehicles with the included 10bar Fuel Pressure sensor. If you Plan to run Ethanol Based fuels such as E85 or E10 you will require a different sensor which can be purchased here: www.justraceparts.com.au/e85-fuel-pressure-sensor-npt
This sensor is also suitable if you're getting crazy contamination in your oil for Ethanol, or in some cases customers wish to monitor coolant pressure or exhaust back pressure.
Any further questions call us 9-5 AEST Were a Brisbane (AU) based company, or you can always message us on Facebook, the inbox is monitored during business hours ;)
Can't get my fuel pressure in PSI, I've read pgs 23,24. All it does in change warning pressure up and down. In set up "units" I changed to F, but only Cesius setting offers PSI??? I want F for temps and PSI for fuel and oil??
Hi Paul, Thanks for the message, We see you emailed through to sales and we responded in detail there. For others reading, Yes "Fuel Pressure" can display in PSI, regardless of the temperature units chosen, carefully go through page 24 on the pdf manual. You will need to use a combination of the hand controller and buttons on the screen. Cheers! :)
Can i change oil press from PSi to Bar?
Not on the 14in1, it only supports PSI & KPA. Our 52mm Boost & EGT gauge does support PSI & BAR.
how to change kmh to tacho??
Hello kamaljengka9882, thank-you for watching!
To change the Multigauge units from MPH to KM/h you can follow the first section of the video. Press and hold the "Rec/ Play/ Warn button", and make adjustments with the up and down arrows. This is also covered on Page 23-31 System Setup Menus.
Also see the Change screen layouts section of the video from 1:49, this is where you can change the location of where tacho or km/h is on the screen display.
If this wasn't quite what you're after, please send us a message on Facebook or call our office, we can provide one on one support for you.
Thank-you JRP Team.
Mans advertising his thing and still chucks some ads up
We don't have control over CZcams and their ads, if you saw and ad it wasn't because of us lol.
Why does my Egt read external temps and not the exhaust gas temp
Please email us with a little more information about the issue, CZcams isn't the best place to get support. Send an email detailing the issue a little further and one of our tech support guys will give you a hand. ;)
I have just emailed you guys, awaiting your response.. Something definitely is not right
@@zanegleeson7922 Reply has already been sent. ;)
Texh where a big help.. They just told me to reset it 😂 it's brand new, why would it need a reset.. But I reset the pcb board, and guess what still didn't fix the issue..
Sorry but I am a bit dirty my band new product I spent good money on doesn't work
@@zanegleeson7922 Tech support told you to reset it for a very good reason. You said the system was displaying 30c on the screen without the sensor being connected, this isn't normal and could have been a firmware issue. The way to fix a firmware issue is to to a simple factory reset, as this will flash the firmware back to the screen so it's a fresh build of the firmware. This needed to be done to rule out the firmware being the issue, it's a simple process of elimination, so part one of that done.
Tech support doesn't work on Sat, but still took the time out of their day off to reply to you, within hours of you even posting here on CZcams, and why we understand you might be frustrated, tech support were actually being a big help considering it's a long weekend and any other business you would not have got a reply until next Tue after the long weekend.
Nothing is infallible and any product you buy can have issues, it's how a company deals with those issues shows what they are made of. And so far, we have replied with assistance on a day off, within hours of your inquiry, and at no point have we not shown we were here to help. So lets jump off CZcams mate, follow the normal process for dealing with any purchase where you need help and we will do just that, help.
We stand behind our products, offer amazing after sales service, so lets get back to trying to work out what's going on so we can get it up and running hey?
Does this have the option to convert to Fahrenheit? For us yanks?
They sure do, these gauges have the ability to configure KPH, MPH, PSI, KPA, Celsius, and Fahrenheit independently. So it’s possible to setup the system so it uses any combo you like.
@@JustRaceParts How do you go about configuring that? I want to change just my boost readout from kpa to psi. Cant find anything online about it
@@CIPHER995 Page 23 & 24 of the manual explain how to change display units.
@@JustRaceParts can I change my psi to read while with mph?
@@365rallydailyracing Yes you can, page 23 & 24 of the manual. ;)
What if you have 2 screens? Can you show us how that works?
Thanks for your message, Yes you can absolutely connect two screens! These can then be set up to display different screen layouts and data too. This setup is coved on page 21, of the instruction manual. Follow the link: www.flowcode.com/page/jrp-14in1-manual-support
Great Idea, We might make a video of this down the track!
Is the screen visible while wearing polarized sunglasses?
Sure can, these are OLED, so work differently to LCD. One of the great features of OLED is being able to wear polarized sunglasses and still view the gauge.
