    Awesome video Sir. 👍
Just some advice on culturing microworms.
    1. Add a pinch of bakers yeast on top culture when you're now setting it up. I helps cultures to develop quicker.
    2. It best to put the microworms culture in a dark cupboard as they would crawl up more out of medium so its easier to harvest.
    3. Instead of using the filter floss use a (square shaped) first layer of folded paper towel then on top with a piece of cloth then use masking tape to secure the end to prevent flies from enter. Sometimes tiny fruit flies do enter the floss especially with that big hole you've cut in lid.
As for making ventilation holes i use a solder gun or ice pick which i heat up on stove or open flame and make several equal sized holes in the center of lid cover. This way i can secure it with the above square piece of paper towel and cloth.
    4. If your culture is getting too runny you need to make new culture but if you want to extend them a bit longer use a small piece of bread to soak up excess liquid in the culture.
    Hope this helps.
    Best of luck mate.👍

From my research, really one of the best live foods to culture is Moina macrocopa. For hobbyists, they are best grown indoors with dry yeast. Their smallest nauplii are even smaller than BBS, so perfect for the tiniest fry. They survive in the fry tank, an even help cleaning up waste, instead of dying like BBS. And according to a lot of studies, many fish species grow up faster with Moina than with Artemia or commercial diets. A bit more work than microworms though.

After feeding the fry microworm always keep the lights on and the oxygen on for flow in the water. For this the fry will be active and move more as as a result they will digest the food quickly hence the chances of getting swimbladder or other disease's gets to 0
