I noticed that there was no chapel beside the Chateau. But at Lalande there is one, because a boy, the next Marquis, drowned in the moat. The family built the chapel out of grief.

is the Dordogne near Bergerac a humid climate in summer. I love warm summers but i hate the heavy unbreathable air that comes on the east coast of north america from Toronto to Charleston. anyone spent a complete summer here?
